Amazing property in perfect location. Comfortable, functional, and incredibly spacious. You won’t be disappointed. Great host, very responsive and helpful. Parking on corner of 17th and Pine is easy. When you’re hungry go to Reading Market. Take a right out the front door, walk two blocks, stop at Mighty Bread for a coffee and snack.

We had an excellent time. The place was beautiful and very spacious. The block was in an excellent area of Philadelphia. Check-in was a breeze. Our dishwasher broke, and within one day it was repaired! The host was excellent and communicated with us often.Overall a great place.

This house is truly amazing, it’s large and spacious enough for everyone to spread out and have many different options for spaces to hang out in. Everything was clean and welcoming and we couldn’t have had a better experience. The kitchen was stocked with everyone we needed and the roof deck hosts the best view of the city I’ve ever seen. Robertson was very easy to communicate with and responsive. I wish we could live here!

The house is beautiful and the location is wonderful. It was perfect setting for our family to gather for a wedding. Some features of the house were worn, the carpets were gross. The house was very clean, just very worn. Things could be easily updated to add to the quality of the stay. The AC and TV did not work in the second master suite. The shower in the second master suite did not turn on or off without great effort. There was no water for a time in another suite. Diana, the property manager was amazing, she was responsive and engaging, immediately addressing the problems we encountered with the house. Communication with the host was difficult, days to weeks with no response. Host did meet our requests when he responded, which we appreciated. Just not the quality of stay that we’ve enjoyed with hosts of other large homes with the same price point.
