The was just as described and well maintained. Location was ideal, close to restaurants and pubs for dinner. Shorts drive to Canyons. We had heavy snow fall, and the drive and road were frequently plowed. The layout and condo were ideal for our group. The price was excellent, and the owner was easy to work with.

This is a very nice unit at a great location in Kimball junction. It is located in a very quiet. Neighborhood yet near many great restaurants and retail shops and a theater within a short walk. There is also a free weekend concert venue and world class biking trail just steps away. Finally a free shuttle stop for transportation downtown or to ski areas. Shuttles run every 15 min. The unit itself is very comfortable with everything you might need for a long stay. The property manager and owner were both very responsive and bent over backwards to insure a great stay. All at a reasonable price. We will definitely be back!

Great location for the summer. The condo needs updating; DirectTV service really bad (lucky to have our Roku and a YouTube tv account). Property cleanliness was subpar.

We really enjoyed this property. The hosts had the home well-stocked and all the information was easily accessible. We loved the attached garage feature and ski racks. The area is wonderful for shopping and eating. Check out was very easy.

Very comfortable unit. Comfortable beds, cozy lounge room, good size for 4 people. Lock up garage. Close to supermarket, cafes, variety of shops including outlet centre. Good location for ski ing Park City.

Stayed here while skiing in Park City and the Cottonwoods. Very convenient location with stores, restaurants, etc. within walking distance. Would stay here again.

This condo is perfect for all things Park City…golf, biking, walking, free bus to downtown, shopping within walking distance, and restaurants galore. The live weekend concerts in the amphitheater were a special treat. Chris, our host was very kind and responsive each time we had a question.

Our family enjoyed our stay during our ski trip in Park City. It is a very short drive to the PC Mountain and Canyon Village. The property is close to many restaurants and grocery stores. It was stocked with many essentials. The only compliant is the small shower in the Master and the shower heads covered with soap sum.

We loved staying here. Both Jake and Chris were great with communication and got back to us within a minute when we had questions. They sent us a map for ideas and must sees while visiting. It was super helpful as it was our first time staying in Utah. The condo is just as described in the description. We had everything provided that we needed for our stay. This property earned mostly 5 stars across the board for us. Only one 4 star was giving and that was for cleanliness. We have a 2.5 year old who was often playing on the floor of the condo and came up with black knees/legs. Overall happy with our stay.

New and clean condo in Kimball Junction. Great location within walking distance of everything you might need from restaurants, shops, groceries and ski rental. Within 15 minutes drive to all the resorts or just take the shuttle.

We had a great time staying on this condo. It’s within walking distance of the red stone shopping center which has Smiths supermarket and every restaurant and store you can imagine. We also enjoyed using the basin field house recreation site. The condo felt like home. It was well stocked and roomy with beautiful view of the mountains and a grill outside on the deck. Snow removal was awesome. The garage was great to have as well. Ten minutes to canyons and park city. The owner was very responsive and so sweet with covid as well. I will stay here again!

The two bathrooms was a must and worked out great. We had a few issues but the owners were quick to help resolve them which I appreciated. Having the garage was nice too. Especially in winter, keeping the car warm and dry.We would def jilted stay here again!
