Il nostro balcone con una splendida vista sulla spiaggia e sul Golfo del Messico ha porte scorrevoli in vetro dalla camera matrimoniale e dal soggiorno.
L'unità può ospitare comodamente fino a 9 persone con un letto matrimoniale nel master, due letti singoli nella seconda camera da letto, un letto matrimoniale nella terza camera da letto e un divano letto matrimoniale nel soggiorno. We had 5 different family all stay at RT. Our unit was amazing and fit my family just right. The owner was great. Had some questions and she was always available and promptly responded. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again.

Owner responded to questions and concerns very quickly. Elevator in our section was out for half our stay, which created long wait times at the next closest elevator (this was on the actual resort-not the owner). Found leftover trash under one of the beds, notified the cleaning people. This unit has absolute beautiful sunset views! The kitchen had everything we needed. We didn't use them, but games and beach toys were available. We were required to check in at the resort in order to get parking passes and the resort charges a $25 registration fee that the owner seemed unaware of this required policy. Loved the heated pool, kiddie pool and variety at the pool bar with reasonable prices. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay! I recommend it!

We enjoyed our stay for the month of March. Beautiful beach and awesome view of the gulf. The condo was well supplied and we had everything we needed.

Overall we were very happy with this property. A couple of things that could have made it better…a tv in all bedrooms (queen bedroom did not have one). Ease of access to the other tvs. Roku remotes only worked in the living room. We actually went and purchased one that we connected to one of the tvs in the bedrooms. Also, nothing that the owner can help but the elevators are extremely small and slow.

This property is fantastic! Spacious, tastefully decorated, best kitchen ever, clean, full size washer/dryer. Balcony is a side view but still nice!
Our family of 8 (4 adults-2 teenagers and 2 under 9) had plenty of room. The only inconvenience we found was the requirement to wash the sheets. With 5 sets of sheets, it took 3 loads to wash them which meant I had to start at 6:00 AM and although we were otherwise ready to check out before 8:00, we had to stay another hour because of the laundry requirements. This won’t prevent me from returning but a note for the owner’s consideration. I’ve traveled to 47 states and Europe and have never once encountered this requirement.
Our experience was fantastic and we would without reservation rebook this unit!

The elevators were always out of order which sucked being on the 11th floor and having to carry everything down. Or walk all over the place and stand in line for over half hour for a different elevator.

Condo was roomy and comfortable for all my family members. Surface clean but could use a deep cleaning. Balcony view exceptional for sunsets but sun shines in both master bedroom and living room and heats up if curtains open. Difficult opening the sliding doors due to corrosion. Older resort and had long waits for the elevators. We used a beach wagon and made one trip to and from the beach. Food at Bikini Bob's was tasty and reasonable in price. Good place to stay for my husband and I because we aren't interested in the beach bars and tourist scene, however, nothing is in walking distance so my young adults had to drive for entertainment and activities.

Loved our stay in Panama City ! This condo has everything you need and is just steps away from the ocean. Beautiful views of sunset from balcony. Owner responds quickly to any questions. It has 2 very large pools and one is heated.

The room is very nice with great finishes and decorations. One of our biggest reasons for the being our second trip to this condominium is because of 1 of the 2 large pools being perfectly heated all day long. Other condos we’ve been to in PCB have freezing cold pools that we can’t even use. If you have young children like us you know they can get tired of the beach and ocean after a while so having a perfectly heated pool to have more fun in makes for a much more enjoyable vacation! Would definitely recommend this place to others!

This property was conveniently located. The condo unit is very close to St. Andrews State Park. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen. The only thing is there was nowhere to put our food. All the cupboards were full of dishes. Otherwise a very nice place to stay.

The condo was very clean and just as pictured. We had a great time being able to use the heated pool and snack bar and being able to walk right out to the beach. We will definitely be back for a stay in the future.

The accommodations were very good; well stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware. We entertained family members who live in the area on numerous occasions, so we were well equipped for that. The property is a little older… maintenance needs to be done on the sliding glass doors which required a fair amount of strength to open and close. The Regency complex staff were friendly and helpful. Pool and rec areas were clean and well maintained. All in all we would recommend this unit and the Regency Towers to future vacationers.

We have stayed here many times and we will definitely be back! It never disappoints! It has everything you need to enjoy a week at the beach! Lois is great to work with and we just love the property in general. Bikini Bob's is super convenient and the kids just love the pools!

Elevator was down & not properly maintained-down multiple times throughout the week. Bikini Bobs snack bar food has a lot to desired. Always low on ice & wouldn’t put enough ice in drinks. The parking was horrible & not adhered to. The pools were nice & easy access to the beach.

We had a wonderful time. The west end elevator stayed broken down more than it stayed fixed. But that did not dampen our stay the room was wonderful. I loved the master shower. It was something off the home shows. I will probably be back if the owner will have us. Everything about the condo was wonderful. Decorations and furniture was not a let down. The new floors were awesome. Loved the color a d how well it was to keep clean. Thanks for sharing your piece of heaven with y family. Donna

The condo was nice. Upgrades to floor pending our check out. Furishings were new. The view was spectacular!There was no blender to mix our pina coladas but luckily the neighbors were kind enough to let us borrow theirs. We had an unexpected visit from friends of the host. They were a lovely group.

Great place and the owners are very responsive taking care of any problems quickly! Furniture is different than pictured with 2 new sofas. Comfortable beds. Only negative is the old carpet which the owner said they are replacing soon. Condo was clean and we hope to stay again. Thanks to Lois and her husband nice people to work with!!

Let me just say this so there is no confusion, the room is phenomenal. There is plenty of space for families and the kitchen is very well equipped. The cookware is aged and rusted. The photos are inaccurate. There are different couches and a different recliner in the unit from the pictures. Communication with the staff prior and receiving our money was great as well after receiving my payment. Afterward, we were charged for a vacuum cleaner that was 10+ years old and didn't work. This is by far the worst experience with an owner I have ever had and when addressing these issues, or attempting to, we were told we left dirty dishes in cabinets (I had to hand wash every dish and cookware because it was dirty when we arrived) and we left food in the oven. Youre correct, the FOIL LINED bottom of your oven had some food from where dishes baked over when we cooked. All that had to be done was foil removed and replaced. These are the most unprofessional individuals I have ever dealt with and I would not recommend them or their units to ANYONE. We stay in PCB multiple times each year, every year. Has been and will always be a tradition, but vrbo has officially lost a customer due to the merge and these owners.

This is our third year staying in this unit. The owners have made many updates in kitchen and bathrooms. They are very responsive and easy to work with. The kitchen is well-equipped. The balcony railing is covered to assure safety for small children.
Regency Towers has 2 large pools and a concession stand with food and drinks. Easy access to beach. There are a variety of activities throughout the week. It is an older resort, but they have made many improvements to make our stay more enjoyable.
Thank you for another great vacation right on the beach.

The unit was very nice. I realize the area was still recovering from last years hurricane, but to close the elevator close to the unit was poor planning. This should of been done long before May before the tourists arrive. There was issues with the cable going out and the internet being slow. The air conditioner was very noisy in the twin bedroom. We were able to deal with these issues the best we could.

We have been coming here going on 7 or 8 years. We absolutely love the condo as it exceeds all of our needs. It has plenty of room and all of the home amenities that you could want.We love the balcony sunset views as well as the direct beach access. It is close to shopping, dining and entertainment if that is what you are looking for. I love the well equipped kitchen because I still love to cook when I go. I look forward to many more years enjoying this condo and hopefully can go back soon!! Oh, the owner is super easy ,very pleasant and will accommodate your needs!! Thanks Mrs Lois!!

This was a great place to stay. It was very nice and inviting. The only thing I would change would be the latticework on the balcony. The lattice kept us from enjoying the view of the gulf while sitting down. One must stand to see the ocean. Otherwise it was very nice and clean.
