Rose Cottage offre un sacco di posti per respirare in serena vista sull'oceano Bald Head Island! Dalle sedie a dondolo sul portico anteriore al tavolo del portico con sedie e sedie agli Adirondack sul balcone superiore, questo invitante cottage con quattro camere da letto e quattro bagni High Dunes ������ perfetto per chi cerca relax ... e ora più vicino alla spiaggia con appena aggiunto il punto di accesso di South Beach proprio di fronte.
Rose Cottage vanta una bella cucina luminosa con un sacco di spazio, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e un doppio lavabo. La sua pianta aperta consente di guardare la spaziosa sala da pranzo, con un tavolo che pu������� ospitare comodamente otto. Mangiare qui o sul portico dello schermo godendosi la vista sull'oceano.
Oltre la sala da pranzo ����� la luce, ampio spazio di seduta, ancorato da un camino a gas. Questo �� il posto perfetto per conversare in famiglia o guardare film comodi. Ci sono anche due camere da letto a questo livello. Uno è arredato con un letto matrimoniale e offre un accesso diretto al portico e un bagno privato. Il secondo è dotato di un letto a rotelle doppio ed �� perfetto per i bambini piccoli o come una camera per bambini.
Due camere da letto supplementari si trovano al piano superiore, una con un letto matrimoniale e l'altra con due letti matrimoniali. Entrambi hanno accesso diretto al portico e bagni privati. Una camera da letto aggiuntiva, con il proprio bagno, si trova nel crofter privato.

We had a four day stay over Labor Day weekend that felt like it lasted twice as long. The house was comfortable and a perfect gathering place. It was easy to access the beach which was just across the road and centrally located from the Shoals Club and Market.

Despite the intense heat, our stay on BHI was excellent. This island is a great, safe place for families with kids of all ages. Having access to BHI Club is a must. Beach in the morning. Pool& slides in the afternoon!

This was our second time at this house and we were very pleased we picked it again! Oven was broken but management brought in a replacement toaster oven as soon as we let them know. Owner needs to update their beach chairs and beach accessories...management again promptly brought us some good beach chairs. I think the house could be updated a bit but it was okay for a week. Golf carts run and get you where you need to go but they are not pretty to look at! It is hard to get them in the garage b/c it isn't a 2 golf cart garage. We had a great time. It was clean and the kitchen had good pans and dishes. Washer and dryer and dishwasher ran well. Wendy Wilmont is johnny-on-the-spot with what you need and made sure it was clean and we had what we needed. Thank you for everything! I hope we can come back again!

Would not rent Rose Cottage again. Except for the view from the second story balcony, only disappointment in this home. It was dirty, un-equipped as a rental, and is in need of repair and a deep cleaning. The day we arrived we removed our shoes when entering. It was the last time our shoes came off in the house. The first evening showering our feet were so black it looked like mud in the shower. The furniture is stained and worn and the carpets were nasty. The rental had two bikes for our use - one was broken. The kitchen - I had to wipe down the inside of the fridge before stocking. This rental house didn’t even have salt and pepper - be prepared to bring or buy everything. We love BHI, and will be back, but will not be renting or recommending this house to anyone.

The Rose Cottage is very worn. Great location, but a lot of minor things that need attention. The cleanliness of the property, torn shower liner, no shower liner in the other bathroom. The door does lock, and bugs. It needs some TLC and is not worth the price it cost to rent it.

We really enjoyed our stay at Rose Cottage. The house had a great layout for our group. Beds were comfortable, the view was lovely, and WWP was responsive!
My only real complaint was that the kitchen could be better equipped. The nonstick pots & pans were in terrible shape with flaking and loose handles. There were no grill tools and other utensils were not in good shape. It also would have been nice to have more dish towels.

the bedroom over the garage is very musty smelling, could not use it. the outdoor furniture needs to be cleaned and painted. the main house is very comfortable, very clean, and a very good location. two cars was very handy.

Rose Cottage is a good location and good layout. That said, it definitely needs some attention. There were sand spurs (OUCH!) in all mats in the house & in most bedroom carpets. We literally removed all mats from the house because they were providing more pain than help. This meant that sand easily got in the house. The carpet in the master bedroom has many stains.

Our group of 4 couples really loved Rose Cottage! The house was just what we needed, we loved the layout of the rooms-& the access to the beach was so convenient! We have all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bald Head Island, & we have all made plans to come back! Thank you Wendy Wilmot Properties for being so friendly & helpful!

We enjoyed the house overall. The location was top notch. We did have and issue with the water heater overcooking and ruining the staircase due to a lightning strike before we arrived. This necessitated repeated visits by maintenance folks, although all were pleasant and courteous. The strike knocked out a few TVs as well and we were without for the first few days. Our only non-temporary complaint was there isn't a recreation area for the kids separate from the main living area in case of a rain out day. This was a first trip to BHI for us and we thought it spectacular and will definitely be coming back!
