Questa tenuta sul lungomare si trova su quasi 2 acri e con acque profonde e oltre 350 piedi di costa, la privacy è abbondante.
Sia che tu noleggi una barca o un jet ski, sia che porti il tuo, troverai le piattaforme dock e jet ski di nuova costruzione che renderanno la tua giornata sul lago ancora più piacevole.
Con alberi di magnolia maturi e giardini ben tenuti non mancano i paesaggi.
La casa contemporanea ha una vista sul lago da ogni stanza, entrambe le master suite al piano principale sono di oltre 300 piedi quadrati e ognuna ha un comodo letto king size e un bagno elegante.
Nella bella cucina troverai tutto il necessario per gustare un buon pasto e una macchina per il ghiaccio commerciale ti garantirà di non rimanere senza ghiaccio durante le calde giornate estive.
Questa proprietà ha piacevoli sorprese dietro ogni angolo, con numerose impressionanti aree con posti a sedere all'aperto e ponti sull'acqua, sarà difficile decidere dove gustare il caffè del mattino o un bicchiere di vino durante il tramonto.

It was our 1st visit to Lake Norman & our family had a memory-making time. The house is located in a beautiful wooded neighborhood where our Grandkids could catch fire flies at night. Lots of places to sit & relax outdoors & indoors. I especially liked the screened in Carolina Rm & think it would be even comfier with a glider rocker or 2…The COMMERCIAL ICE MACHINE located in the laundry room was awesome!! We brought our boat & loved the ability to tie up to the dock during our visit. It made for easy lake access & an EPIC core memory of teaching 1 of our G’kids how to wakeboard! All of us caught fish right off the dock too (catfish & blue gill). Even though there is plenty of parking, the driveway is quite curvy & steep so, navigating it, with a trailer is not for the novice. Another consideration especially for anyone in your group who has mobility concerns…this home is laid out with LOTS of (well lit) steps & stairs indoors & outdoors. Our Hosts were very responsive however, I did rate the checkin process with only 4 stars because I had to request info for the checkin process when it wasn’t provided within the 3 day window prior to arrival. Also, instead of a keyless lock system to access the home, you will be responsible for a single key (that I tied to my wrist with a rubber band). It was so difficult to put back in the lock box upon our departure, I had to text the Hosts a note that I hid it in another spot outside. Overall, we had a great time & recommend this location.

We had a wonderful time at Sunsets & Island views. The property is an amazing place to hang out and enjoy time with the family. The multiple sitting areas offer different views of the lake and the dock makes it easy to rent or bring your own boat to enjoy all of Lake Norman. The hosts are great and very responsive to any issues or questions you have about the property. We will be back to stay again.

Roomy and attractive accommodations. Easy walk down to the lake. Plenty of open space outdoors to enjoy the view. Safe little beach between the docks for kids to enjoy the lake. Just a great way to relax. Like that it was situated in the northern part of the lake, less boat traffic. We rented a pontoon boat from what’s up Boat Rentals, just across the lake. Would recommend them if you are interested.
