La nostra casa è un ottimo noleggio durante tutto l'anno. La casa è stata costruita nuova nel 2010 e comprende mobili più recenti (divano per camera familiare e divano nuovo di zecca, dicembre 2017) e tutti i comfort moderni necessari per un soggiorno rilassante con la famiglia o gli amici. Grande terreno boschivo di 1 acro senza vicini posteriori e rilassante burrone alberato sul retro. Ora abbiamo l'aria centrale!
A soli 700 piedi di splendida Crystal Lake. Cammina in centro per ristoranti locali, negozi e la spiaggia! La nostra casa si trova su una collina quindi per favore sii consapevole che la camminata di ritorno è in salita. Il nostro vialetto d'accesso è su una collina, il che rende piacevole la posizione isolata.
A soli 17 miglia da Sleeping Bear Dunes National, 11 miglia da Crystal Mountain Resort ed a breve distanza da numerosi campi da golf e cantine. Siamo a 25 miglia da Traverse City - sede del Festival Cherry!

The house was huge and so clean. Everything we could possibly need was already there for us. We had more than enough space for 4 adults and 2 teens. We all loved the house - especially the covered deck area. Owners replied to my emails very quickly every time and went above and beyond to accommodate anything we needed. If we are able to return to the area in the future, we would definitely rent this place again.

Very nice house with plenty room for our group. The kitchen is amazingly stocked with every kitchen item you could imagine. Of course, you do need to purchase coffee and other groceries. We did have some problems: there was no soap for the showers or tubs, and no extra toilet paper or paper towels. We ran out of the paper towels and almost out of TP. We made it work. The owner assured us that there would be plenty for future renting families. So suggestions: it would be nice if there was some fresh coffee to last for a couple days. And absolutely plenty of **extra** paper towels and toilet paper.

Nice comfortable home for a family vacation. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of towels. There were a few negatives though. It is a steep walk down (and up!) get to the beach and town, which was mentioned in the description. It would’ve been nice to have a welcome book with rules, check-out procedures and area information (activities, restaurants, etc.). Information was available electronically, but only for the person who booked the property. The dining table only sat six people, so it’d be nice if the table expanded and more chairs were available. The bar has seating, but it’s very high, so hard to eat there, especially for kids. The dining table needs to be refinished also. And the outdoor grill needs a good cleaning! Some of these items are minor details, but at this price range, the details should be taken care of.

We felt that the home was nice, and adequate for our family. It was well supplied with most things that we needed. The location was great to access a number of fun places such as Sleeping Bear Dunes, Empire outlook, swimming and restaurants in Frankfurt, Traverse City, etc. We were frequent customers to the Deli and Ice Cream eateries in Beulah! The house was spacious enough that on a rainy day we weren't cramped. The covered deck was a nice place to sit and relax.
Nevertheless we were disappointed in a few things. The living room couches are in rough shape. They are are suede and it looks as though they have never been cleaned. The deck needs a good cleaning and the cushions on the outdoor furniture need to be cleaned as well. The carpet throughout the house appeared to be dirty and could use steam cleaning.
