The Barone’s are awesome hosts! The home and Bay Forest have everything you will need and located only a few miles from food, restaurants and other shopping as well as Bethany Beach!

The place was great! Very clean and spacious. Close to all the owner was very attentive, and answered all the questions. We already booked for next year!

Dave and Robyn‘s place did not disappoint. In fact we’d say the pictures don’t do it justice - the furnishings and decor exceeded our expectations and the whole family enjoyed our stay. Every room is spacious and the entire home was well cleaned. The Barone’s pay careful attention to the little details throughout that made our time there so enjoyable. We plan to stay again and would highly recommend to others!

Large, absolutely beautiful, well-equipped home in a lovely, amenity-filled location,15 minutes from the beach. Robyn's and Dave's pride in their property is clearly evident.

Dave & Robyn’s home is in an ideal location near pools, the bay, trails & the beach. The home is very clean, comfortable & equipped with every utensil/gadget we needed for our family of 3 generations. This home is tastefully decorated & feels like a home away from home. Highly recommended for a family.

Great property. Very clean and spacious. The house has many amenities; ie: bikes and outdoor equipment.
The community is well kept and the facilities are top notch.
The only disappointing thing was the shuttle to the beach did not run during the week.

Sea Scape Villa had all the comforts of home for our multigenerational family (infants through grandparents). It was beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean. It offered plenty of room to gather as a group as well as space to enjoy some individual quiet time. The outdoor patio provided a lovely area to enjoy morning coffee and an evening meal. The hosts were exceptional in regard to communication (both written and verbal) and were readily available to answer any questions. It was evident they put much thought into providing items their guests would enjoy for a beach vacation, including a bottle of wine to welcome us. We particularly enjoyed having bikes available for rides throughout the beautiful community. As well, our entire family enjoyed our time at the pools, crabbing at the dock and morning walks along the paths/trails. We are very much looking forward to returning again next year.

Dave and Robyn's home was tastefully decorated, spacious and convenient to everything we look for in a vacation home. The community was lovely and the feeling of being in a resort was great. We had all age groups with us - little ones, teenagers, and adults including a senior (me!!) And there was something for every one of us. A well-stocked kitchen made cooking family dinners a pleasure. The boys loved the loft space. It was truly a great experience and we'd love to stay again. The welcome bottle of wine was thoughtful and appreciated!

We stayed as a group of 6 adults and 3 toddlers. The house was clean when we arrived, and their was plenty of space for everyone to hang out and play games. Awesome facilities with pool, lazy river and slides that kept us busy on non-beach days. Would rent again in the future!

Couldn’t ask for a better place
I cannot say enough about this property . Dave and Robyn have thought of everything as far as stocking the home with exactly what you would need on vacation . The house is beautiful, plenty of room for a family to make memories. We traveled with our son and twin 14 month old grandsons, a couple teenagers , and my father n law. There was plenty of room for everyone to gather and then plenty of room when everyone needed their own space. The patio space outside provided time to relax in the evening , grilling and playing corn hole ( we took our own boards ) . They provided ample seating outside for everyone. The location of their property in regards to both pools made it very convenient to put the twins in their wagon and walk there in 5 min to the one pool and 10 minutes to the kids pool while the older kids road the bikes that Dave and Robyn have supplied . All of the amenities that bay Forrest has to offer are located conveniently to the house . The kids enjoyed fishing in the many ponds located throughout and everyone enjoyed crabbing off the pier . As far as the beach location goes , you could take the shuttle that stops at the end of the street but we decided to just pack up the car and head over to the Indian River outlet beach . $10 to park car and they have lifeguards , changing areas , food, umbrella rentals etc. it was a beautiful place . If you are looking for a place down in Delaware to create family memories then definitely consider staying here . You won’t be disappointed and Dave and Robyn are there to answer any questions you may have . Definitely going back !

Recent Stay
Everything was great at the house. Enough room for 6 adults and 3 children. A lot of little things were already there that made our stay really easy. Only negative thing is the pool with the lazy river was only open in the weekends so we only got to use it once.

This particular villa was just great...the owners are very responsive and want to ensure their guests are pleased and have all that is needed during their stay. I can only imagine the crowds in a few weeks in Bethan y Beach.

Perfect home for large group with many amenities for all ages.
Home was clean spacious and had a well stocked kitchen. The owner was very nice and called to make sure everything was up to our expectations. Perfect for our family with plenty of room. Loved the location. Very quiet area.

Everything about this home was perfect! We felt so welcomed with the “beach home” bottle of wine. The home was spacious and comfortable. We couldn’t think of one thing we needed. The kitchen was well equipped. We never ran out of dishes or glassware. We appreciated the charging stations by both sides of the master bed. There were more than enough extra pillows and blankets. There was enough room for us to eat and gather together. And play charades with the grandchildren! The home was beautifully decorated in soft pastel beach colors. And, three adults and two children worked/schooled remotely during our visit. There were absolutely no hiccups with the WiFi! This was a great place to work and play. We enjoyed the amenities, too. Nature trails, fishing (catch and release), tennis, and two pools, one with a lazy river. It was like staying in a resort.All in all, this was a wonderful home and a wonderful week!

Beautiful home in great location!
Communication with the host, Dave, was timely and informative from planning through the stay. He kept us updated on all changes as covid restrictions lifted. Absolutely gorgeous, spacious room for our family of 6 adults and 2 children. Nice kitchen to cook in and grill outside. Enjoyed both pools and the workout room during our stay. Location close to beaches and restaurants. Highly recommend this rental!

Amazing house minutes away from Bethany Beach
We definitely recommend staying at this wonderful location within a great community, lots of amenities to explore and quite close to the beach. We really loved the house, feels like home and has all you could wish for especially being 2 families with 3 toddlers, really clean and comfy feeling. The renting process was smooth and the communication with the owners was perfect, we always had all the info we needed on the spot. Again, highly recommending it and hope we will come again. Thanks

Enjoyed our Beach Vacation!
The house is located in a new development surrounded by lots of trails and family activities. Nearby stores, restaurants and beaches. The space is layer out well where we were all able to relax and enjoy our surroundings. The house is clean, the owners were attentive and we all had an enjoyable time.

Nice townhome in a large new development with two pools (both open in normal years—one open in 2020), tennis and basketball courts, and a kayak/canoe marina. The home was very clean with plenty of space. Owners are very nice and answered questions quickly. Back patio is semi-private (opens onto shared green space).
