Ha il suo snack bar, ponti per prendere il sole e visite turistiche, piscina direttamente sulla spiaggia, + 10 piscine aggiuntive, 4 riscaldate, shuffle board, sicurezza, mini golf a 18 buche (gratuito), palestra, appena fuori dal patio è un bellissima laguna che si snoda attraverso il complesso.

We had a blast. The condo for the most part was clean however the cleaner didn’t leave any toilet paper and only 1 extra garbage bag. It was definitely big enough for my family of 6. Me and my 2 littles had a lot of fun out back looking at the canal for little turtle heads poking out. Every time I messaged Fayla she responded with in a couple minutes. I would definitely recommend staying here.

I had no issues with the VRBO website. It was after I Paid and The Owner Fayla contacted me that it appear there was a disconnect. For starter, Fayla should list ALL HER ADDITIONAL DEMANDS on the VRBO website. Guest who book this home should NOT be Surprise or Held Hostage To Make A Decision or Asked To Provide Addition Information. Such as: Drivers Lic, Sign & Initial additional documents, Locate and OfficeMax/Office Depot to Scan Document to gain access to the Gate or Door on the same day as the vacation is to begin.

Why Must I PAY A Cleaning Service Fee and also Sign & Clean The Property To Your Demanded Specifications By 10am Check-Out?

Just a few minor issues with the townhouse but overall the stay was fun and enjoyable. Only a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants. The issues were that the main bedroom bathroom exhaust fan didn't work and the downstairs bathroom exhaust fan didn't work either, shower curtain liner in upstairs hall bathroom had mildew on it and the outside porch light didn't work. None of the above mentioned affected my stay so I would definitely stay here again.

This definitely the place to stay! Beautiful townhouse that is close to everything! The convenience of it made our stay so enjoyable. It’s has everything there to accommodate!

The property was a short walking distance to the beach. I didn’t realize that all 3 bedrooms were located upstairs, so it was difficult for my mom. The kitchen was stocked nicely so we were able to prepare meals at the townhouse. The complex had nice amenities.

Everyone had their own room, which is much needed with teens, and the jacuzzi tub in the master suite was a nice bonus. We loved where the townhouse was located on the property, which happens to be right across the road from a pool and gym, a 2/3 minute walk to the big pool, and a 2/3 minute walk to the beach, which is beautiful:) We made use of the beach toys, chairs, and coolers which was nice:) If I were to make any recommendations it would be to have a wagon available or bring your own if possible. Our friends staying a few townhouse down had a beach wagon in theirs and it was a lifesaver for beach days:)
This property is also in a perfect location for short walks to restaurants, bars, shops, etc.

We loved this place! It was perfect size for 2 family's! It had everything we needed and more. The owner was very responsive and respectful. And we were just a short walk from the beach as well as heated pools. We will definitely look here first when returning!

Nice place for a family on Pananma City Beach
My family and grandparents had a great time at this house. The house is very new feeling on the inside because it was recently remodeled. I would say it is even better than the pictures show. We really enjoyed being in the Gulf Highlands neighborhood. It was a very easy 3 minute walk to the beach, yet a fairly quiet neighborhood. Much preferred to all the tall high rises along the beach. My kids loved the heated pool, and it was never crowded It was about 2 blocks away, but that was fine. We enjoyed the tennis court across the street. The neighborhood was always nice for a short stroll or bike ride, because it was never very busy. If you want your own house for a good price on Panama City Beach, it would recommend this property.

Family and I loved the place an location, its just a short walk to the beach . Townhouse had everything you needed. Even beach chairs an toys for the kiddos . Owner was very helpful an responded quickly. Definitely will have to come back here again next time.

Last Summer Blow Out Before School Starts
This is my 4th stay using Fayla's vacation rentals. The properties are always well maintained, clean and comfortable. We had a blast and there is so much in the area to do for entertainment. We are coming back in November to another one of her properties. Highly recommend. Some day I will make it to her rental in Gatlinburg!!!!

The kitchen was furnished nicely and we were able to cook anything we wanted there. We were able to swim in the community pool when riptides prevented us from swimming in the Gulf. We had so many things to do, we didn’t even have time to play mini golf there! Evenings were relaxing on the back patio, listening to the frogs in the lagoon. We would definitely love to return in the future.

Just a few minutes walk to the beach and a pool across the parking lot was so convenient since we could not swim in the gulf due to a double red flag being used. We will definitely be coming back! Very nice accommodations. The mattresses were comfortable and everyone had a nice night’s sleep. It was very close to the beach. There was added security with the gated community. The owner was very helpful and easy to communicate with. I would recommend this place to others.

Gulf Highlands Stay
Enjoyed our time and property very clean. Location was great. Comfy beds. It would have been nice to have some stock of essentials. You will need to immediately go shopping for TP, tissue, trash bags, basic toiletries, etc. Also, had to buy beach chairs and umbrella. Community sharing would have been nice. We left our chairs and umbrella so hope they will be available for next visitor.

Short walk across the street to the beach. Pool right out front door. The condo was huge..great price..and its nicer than my house. We want to live there. Only thing is I think there is too much furniture and decor. Its nice to have all the kitchen utensils but there is too much..not enough room for food In the cabinets. If I decorated it I would turn the room by the back door into a second living room but I'm an interior decorator so thats just me! The can opener needs replaced. I'm a complainer and I have nothing to complain about really. We would stay there again! And the owner is super nice and easy to work with..thanks Fayla
