Casa sulla spiaggia pulita, fresca e divertente situata vicino al centro di Northside. Tutto facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Ottimo per il tempo in famiglia, una fuga romantica in coppia o semplicemente per rilassarsi con gli amici in spiaggia. La casa è stata completamente aggiornata e offre tutto il necessario per una vacanza facile e senza preoccupazioni. Nuove lenzuola, asciugamani, letti, arredi ed elettrodomestici. Luminoso e privo di ingombri. Ampia sala da pranzo con tavolo per 6. Zona di lettura tranquilla con molti libri (anche per bambini). Puzzle e carte. La camera da letto principale ha il cursore sul balcone. Grande cortile recintato con mobili da giardino, grill e un sacco di spazio per giocare. Includiamo anche giocattoli di sabbia e un carro da spiaggia per i bambini.
A solo 1/2 isolato dal fiume Necanicum per la pesca e la nautica. Facile passeggiata a crabbing al ponte 12th Avenue. Il centro commerciale nelle vicinanze è il paradiso dello shopping.

The house was so cute and perfect size for our family. The bathroom was a bit small but we made it work. The house had so much character and was just a short distance to the beach and lots of activities.

This was a great location close to town and close to the beach. The weather was perfect lots of sun so we didn’t spend alot of time at the house. We basically just slept there. We did have an issue the the hot water. We didn’t have any. Luckily it was hot cold shower or hose won’t solution. After not being able to figure it out for 2 days we messaged the owner she didn’t have a solution says it always works. She offered to come
Check it out the following day but we decided to head home early. When she did come she said it was our fault and we turned it it by some button??? Anyway wish she would have told us about some button to push when we were there sounds like it would have been an easy solution. Instead we were left in the cold. Needless to say if you don’t have hot water search for some button. It’s a cute place but I doubt we would return again since the host accused us of sabotaging our own hot water and was extremely rude instead of helpful.

You could not beat the location! 5 minutes walk from the beach and the main street! The house is very cozy and has plenty of items for your stay. The check-in and -out process was very easy and we would certainly recommend the place.

Clean property on a quiet street. Lots of rules/instructions in house. Bring games if you something to do at place. Don’t arrive early (or on time at 4p as we did) and interface with owner… she is very unpleasant. Luckily we didn’t need to contact her after crossing paths first day. Otherwise nice stay.

Would not stay here again. Upon arrival we had to look on VRBO to verify address, picture was much nicer than actual. Cons: dusty, cobwebs, dirty windows, clutter, tired well worn house. Bathroom too small, had to stand in kitchen to dress after shower. Fridge needed wiping out before using. Appeared to not be cleaned by professionals or sanitized for Covid. Kitchen supplied with thrift store quality kitchenware. Pros: Location, lots of towels and beach going stuff, bed sheets were very nice. Seems like they tried to make it nice but really failed. Sorry to review like this, but don't want others to experience what we did. Review is by the renter's significant other.

Cute little place within walking distance to the beach. The one bathroom is very small. It was fine for me and my family but we are not large people. My husband had to walk through the bathroom door sideways.

True beach cottage very close to Prom. Quiet neighborhood in kitschy beach town. Short distance to Cannon Beach (15 minutes) made it appealing. Bedrooms and pullout couch worked fine for family with teens. Managed fine in small bathroom and kitchen. Affordable option in area was nice.

This property is small, but it was just fine for our family of 6 for a soccer tournament we joined last-minute and needed lodging. Far better deal than the overpriced hotels in the area and the location was great.

The little house was very clean. Certainly felt like we were guests at someone's home. My little guy (2.5) had a blast. He slept in the "mermaid room" in a sleep-tent on top of the bed and it worked great. He loved the stuffies all around the house and we made great use of the wagon and beach toys. Seaside was great. Took short drives to see both Astoria and Cannon Beach too. Short walk to the beach. The house had everything we needed! Stayed in mid-September. Didn't need the heat yet but it was nice to know it was there if we did!

The house was perfect for what we needed. It was cute and clean. Excellent location for us. It was exactly what they listed and a great price. I wish we could have stayed a couple more days, but we enjoyed the time we did spend there.

This place was perfect for walking to dinner and shops on the main drag of Seaside. Very homie and everything we needed for our 5 night stay. The host was accommodating and answered all my questions quickly. We'd definitely stay here again!

This little cottage was sooooo cute. We had four adults and we enjoyed it so much! We appreciate all the extras. Chairs. Beach blanket. Wagon and toys. Had a WONDERFUL time. Thank you!!

So close to the beach!
I loved that I only had to use the car once the whole week. It was a lovely walk to the beach, restaurants, and the convention I went to.
100% reasonable in expectations for tidying for check out.

Cute little place. So many house rules, they want you to clean everything and do everything for them, then charge a cleaning fee as well. Other than that… charming.

This is a cute and quirky little place that is walking distance to beach, boardwalk and the Main Street. Incredibly stocked with everything from wagon and sand toys to chairs, puzzles and cooking utensils. The bath is small but very functional. Will visit again for sure!

This was the perfect little spot for me and my six year old daughter to have a "girl's trip" at the coast! The house had everything we needed for cooking our own meals, and my daughter especially enjoyed the selection of rain boots to borrow.

Wonderful family friendly home.
My husband, myself, and our two young children really enjoyed this house. Good size for the four of us. Bathroom is snug and no bathtub was a bit challenging for my kids, but the location is really convenient. We walked easily to the beach/promenade, arcade, restaurants, etc, with a stroller. It rained and even snowed during our visit so we didn't utilize the backyard much, but it's very spacious. The bed in the Captain's Quarters was very comfortable.
