Dopo precedenza possedere condomini e 2 altre case di canale, io sono innamorato di questa casa e comprato il giorno in cui ho visto la prima volta. Non c'è bisogno di preoccuparsi di abitabilità in questa casa. I soffitti cattedrale in tutte le principali aree di vita danno questa casa come una sensazione di spazio! La cucina / soggiorno fanno guardare il 42 'TV a schermo piatto un piacere ovunque ci si trovi.
Al piano superiore si trovano 3 camere da letto. Due delle camere hanno letti king size, e l'altro ha una regina. Ci sono due bagni al piano superiore - uno è un bagno padronale che è direttamente fuori della camera da letto matrimoniale. L'altro si trova tra le altre due camere da letto. Ho appena aggiunto due nuovi, letti a scomparsa (38 width ') twin marca
Situato al piano terra è un'altra camera da letto con il suo 'proprio bagno separato. Essa ha il suo 'ingresso privato per quella persona che potrebbe desiderare il tempo più tranquillo.
La parte anteriore della casa ha una veranda coperta con un sacco di posti a sedere. Il retro della casa ha una grande terrazza che si affaccia sul canale - grande per prendere il sole! C'è anche un grill a gas per cucinare all'aperto.
La cucina è attrezzata con un ampio doppio frigorifero, piano cottura in vetro, forno a microonde, tostapane, frullatore, e altro ancora.

The bedroom on the first floor, they couldn’t use it because of the mold in the ceiling in the musky smell and one bedroom the mattress was terrible had stains all over it and no lights out back and all the doors locks need to be replaced could not get them open and the call port stay wet cause the pipe was leaking had to buy a blowup mattress for the kids to sleep on.

Our family loved this house! It was spacious enough to spread out and have private spaces, and big enough to fit everyone. It was clean and the location was wonderful! We can’t wait to book for next summer!

Great stay for our 2nd year at Susan's house. Place is always clean when we arrive. Neighbors are nice and friendly. Great location to Hog's Inlet! We bring our kayaks with us. Only downfall is this property does not have any type of dock so you at the will of the tide when deciding to go out.

My family and I had an awesome time staying at this beautiful beach house. It was nicely decorated, had a well-stocked kitchen, and comfortable beds. The home was roomy and clean with plenty of privacy for each bedroom. The downstairs apartment was a great bonus for my 22 year old son who loved that it had its own separate entrance. The owner, Susan, was very kind and answered any questions we had promptly. The location was only a short distance from the beach, which itself was very family oriented. In addition, we enjoyed that the property was pet-friendly and we were allowed to bring our 2 dogs with us. I would highly recommend this rental as it has been our favorite by far. We would love to stay there again in the future.

Views were spectacular. Enjoyed coffee on the back deck every morning. Nice property but one of the bedrooms and baths has a separate entrance from the house. And it had a musty smell. I would recommend the owner install towel hooks in the bathroom. Walk to beach was fine for adults. Bring a wagon if you have littles. Great access to shops and activities.

Simply love this place! This is our 2nd year coming here and it just feels so inviting and comfortable. Great location and has everything you could need while on vacation. Susan is great and easy to work with for booking and the stay. Hope to do it again next year.

We had a great time. The home was supper clean , exactly as described in the advertisement.
The walk to the beach is short and easy.
The only thing that needs attention is the water pressure in the master bath it was non existent.
Didn’t bother us we all showered in the main bath.
Loved the place the 4 th bedroom downstairs was perfect for my grandson gave him some privacy from the younger two grandchildren
Would recommend the home to any family.

We enjoyed walking on the beach in the evenings, and this house is just a short walk away. Afterwards we'd relax on the back deck overlooking the channel with a glass of wine. Perfect ending to our day!

All I can say is the stay at this house was EXCELLENT!!!!! From start to finish. Communication was great. Price was awesome. I would recommend Susan to anybody. We felt more this as a home, not just a house. The bottom bedroom was super for one the guest that came with us. Because the stairs bothered his legs. KUDOS to you Susan!!!!!

I rented this property for mine and my son’s birthday weekends and couldn’t have picked a better property. Such a gorgeous and clean house on a quiet neighborhood. The host was very friendly and helpful, we will definitely rent again!

The house was in excellent condition and very clean. It is in an excellent location with a very short walk to the beach. Ample parking and the check in/check out was very simple and efficient. I will stay there again.

This started off as a family vacation , then my dad had heart failure , spent our days in hospital and a walk on the beach in the evening. I’ve rented many Vrbo houses and this house by far was very comfortable and relaxing. Great open feel. I will definitely rent this house again!!!!! I needed to stay a few extra hours on check out day waiting for health care to deliver oxygen to get my father home, Susan was very understanding. I highly recommend this house!!!!

The stunning main room, back yard, canal access and proximity to the lovely North Myrtle Beach, nearby activities and Myrtle Beach boardwalk was perfect for us. We fell in love and now are considering North Myrtle Beach as a retirement destination.

We stayed here and it was clean, very roomy especially having a 14 month old that is constantly moving. We didn’t use the downstairs bedroom as it was musty smelling but other than that it was nice. Overall, we were very pleased with the house and the process of renting.

Just the right size for six adults. My son-in-law enjoyed fishing in the canal. I enjoyed the decks for coffee in the morning and evening relaxation. Short walk to a beautiful, easy access beach, the dogs loved that. We rented a golf cart which made transport of the beach necessities much easier (I would highly recommend that). Susan was very accommodating , checking to make sure we had all that we needed.

This house was great for our family! Wide open kitchen and living room. Dining room table was the right size for our family meals. The front and back decks were very relaxing to be on at any time of day. And it was a short and easy walk to the beach (which was important since we had people ranging from 76 years old down to 5 years old, plus all the beach stuff needed with us on the walks).
The house was very clean. The 4th bedroom was not as nice as the rest of the house, but still clean and served our needs. Be aware that it is downstairs with a separate door, great for privacy, but I had to make sure I always had a key with me to get in and out of that room. Bathrooms weren't super updated but nothing bad about them either.
Overall a great house and I highly recommend staying here!

First all, this house needs some TLC. The kitchen was very hard to work with and unorganized. Updating utensils and and organizing would be very helpful. The linens were not what I expected at all when paying extra for them. The towels were old and musty smelling when used. I had a family member bring some from home after seeing them. They did not look fresh and clean. There was not a useable hose to rinse sand off. My husband duct taped the bent hose to a spicket to make it work. The downstairs room is very moldy and musty. We were unable to use it due to family allergies and were all piled in on the top floor with the 2 bedrooms, cots in den and use of the sofas. Because of the boat ramp access we assumed it was a boat fishing friendly house. With no floating dock and a recently dredged channel , there should have been a warning sign that it was only useable at high tide. Our boat was flooded when the tide came back in overnight. For the money, I expected more.

Good location for a 3 block walk to beach with canal out the back door. We used the canal for kayaks and paddle board and the walk to the beach early morning and late evening was very nice. The front and back decks were always in use for coffee or adult beverages. The rooms are nice and beds of the house are very comfortable and we brought all our own linens. Some of the house could use a little TLC (toilets always run and the kitchen is a bit tough to cook in with older cookware). We managed a fish fry and used the grill a few times. The house provided for a good vacation week for the family.

The downstairs bedroom sheets were used! They had LOTS of hairs on them! Not sure how that happened but the door was not locked either (to that bedroom). Also the red key did not work, so we had one key for 8 people.

My family and I had a great weekend in Cherry Grove. The home is spacious and comfortable, just what we needed. The sunset pictures from the back balcony are so beautiful! Fishing from the deck was the highlight of our trip. It's located close to town, but far enough away for a very peaceful vacation. The owner is very accommodating and responds quickly, we were pleased with everything about the beautiful home and would recommend it to anyone looking for a family friendly area.

Would definitely recommend! The house matched the online description. The owner was extremely helpful and available when needed. On the day of arrival, each time I reached out to the property owner, she responded immediately.
My children enjoyed fishing in the channel in the back. The next door neighbor was very friendly!

We love fishing in the surf as a family... But we found the canal right behind the house to be exceptionally enjoyable and caught plenty of fish right there!

It was a really nice house just wish the tides woulda worked in our favor to use the Kayaks.....really can only launch when high tide. Quite neighborhood and lots of dog people around ........we had quite a bit of doggie friends around us .....awesome for humans and dog children
