Stile di vita da cottage a un prezzo accessibile. Pedala in bici o cammina fino a Vanderbilt Beach da questa affascinante dimora nel 500 blocco del parco di Napoli, molto ricercato. Situato in posizione strategica vicino a Mercato Shops, Restaurants, Theatre, Whole Foods Market, Ritz Carlton e Waterside Shops. Tre camere da letto, due bagni, un garage privato con tutti i comfort di casa, ti sentirai come se fossi davvero fuggito in un rifugio costiero !! Bellissimi mobili nuovi di zecca. TV via cavo in ogni stanza. Biciclette incluse con il noleggio. Lavatrice e asciugatrice nuovissime. Non perdere questa proprietà entro la settimana o il mese e ANIMALI AMICI !! I love it when everything said in the VRBO blurb is true. The location was truly close to the beach (.8 of a mile on my walking app), and Coastal Cottage has everything you need for a beach stay (towels, beach chairs, and a little cart to transport these things to the beach in). There were bikes and helmets in varying sizes. The two beds our party of 4 stayed in (a king and a queen) were very comfortable. The air-conditioning worked perfectly. If you do need to contact Gloria for anything, she gets back to you promptly. We ate most of our meals out (hey, we were on vacation), but the kitchen was well-appointed (several coffeemakers, pots & pans, silverware & good knives, glasses & mugs, cutting boards & cooking utensils, etc.). The backyard screened-in porch is a lovely spot to sip your coffee and chat.

Great ,clean home. Walking distance to Vanderbilt Beach. Very comfortable and close to shopping and downtown.

Easy walk or bike ride to the beach. House has all the beach needs - chairs, umbrella, coolers and bikes if you want to ride including an adult three wheeler with a basket that you can load your beach stuff. Naples Park is 91-100’s Streets is an interesting area going through gentrification with some tear down new homes in the 2M. Lovely neighborhood and friendly neighbors. My pup B really love it.
