Capistrano # 201 è un bellissimo appartamento con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni, fronte mare / fronte mare, sul Golfo del Messico a Seacrest / Inlet Beach, a ovest di Rosemary Beach e Alys Beach. Il condominio piede 1175 mq. 6 posti letto con 2 letti matrimoniali e un divano letto matrimoniale in soggiorno. Siamo al 2 ° piano di un tranquillo edificio in stile spagnolo di 9 unità con un paesaggio professionale che comprende palme, giardini, una fontana, ampio cortile / area giochi con un "mazzo al tramonto" per "la tradizione 30A" di bevande a tramonto, barbecue in carbone comunale, parcheggio e portabiciclette. Il 2 ° piano è ideale in questo edificio - abbastanza alto per una vista sull'oceano e una sola rampa di scale quando trasportano bagagli o generi alimentari. Manca la piscina --ma senza piscina necessario con le onde del Golfo dolci!

enjoyed the easy access to and the wonderful walks on the beach. the condo was clean and quiet with everything we needed for our stay. Really felt at home while there.

We have stayed at many places on 30A and this was one of the best. We spent most of our time on the balcony and on the beach. The views are beautiful. Just an FYI the guest bath is not attached to guest bedroom. Also, if you have mobility issues this is probably not the place for you. The second floor gives beautiful views but stairs may be an issue for some. Like most spots on 30A there are also a number of stairs to get to the beach. It was not a problem for us - just helped increase our daily step count. It is possible to walk to Crabby Steve's from the unit. The beach is not crowded. The owner and manager were always responsive to any questions. If you want a relaxing stay in a nice condo with a beautiful view this unit gives you that.

We loved the layout of the place because you could see the gulf from the living area and kitchen. The balcony was roomy with really nice furniture. The appliances were new and very nice. The only minor complaint was the sand that the cleaning people missed. It was in the dryer and the living room. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Very pleased with our stay! Perfect beach location and condo was just what our family of four needed for our short getaway! The kitchen is well-equipt with everything you need. Wonderful to have ice already made upon arrival. Would stay there again!

The condo was perfect for our family of four. Everything was exactly as described. Perfect location, beautiful view, quiet property, fully stocked kitchen. Our only regret was having to leave. We hope to return soon.

This property was not was what we expected--it was very dark inside, very little natural light --paint colors didn't help it look bright and airy. No view of the actual beach due to tall shrubs. We checked out after one night--and our clothes that we'd hung in the closet just overnight, smelled slightly musty! On the plus side, location to restaurants and shops was good. We had hoped for a bright, beachy atmosphere and this didn't have that for us.

So enjoyed the beautiful ocean front view in this two bedroom condo over the Thanksgiving holiday! The location was perfect for our family to enjoy walks on the beach as well to other places along 30a.

The property was conveniently located and perfect for a girl’s getaway! Got in plenty of time rambling through Rosemary, Alys, Seaside and Grayton Beach. Time on the beach was much needed. The view from the balcony with early morning coffee was a peasant touch!

This property was just as advertised. Close to beach, clean, great views, very convenient to Alys Beach and all that 30A has to offer. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location with lots of room
We loved the location, access to the beach, closeness to nearby towns and restaurants, private beach, clean property, beautiful view, and update amenities. Highly recommend.

The property was as described however there is one down side as the building is not as well isolated as one would wish. We had a very nice family with young kids living in the condo above whose steps were so well transmitted that the glass lamp in the living room didn’t stop moving and clinking when they were around. We fear that our neighbours in the ground floor condo had the same problem when we were around.
The matress in the second bedroom could do with a change but as the living room has a very comfortable sofa bed this was not an issue.
We overall enjoyed our stay on 30 A and already look forward to our next visit.

Nice location

Perfect biking distance from shops and restaurants. The inside was very clean and well-kept and had everything we needed. We can’t wait to come back!

A Little Piece of Heaven
This is by far our most favorite place we have stayed at along 30a. The view is spetacular! We love the palm trees. They really add to the view. The living room/dining room/kitchen is very spacious and beautiful. The owner has thought of everything you might need. We love the long balcony. We definitely want to stay here again.

Best location out of all Florida trips I’ve taken!

Great Location for a Girls Trip!
This beautiful condo with private beach access was perfect for a girls trip! We each had our own bed and bath! The views and sounds of the ocean waves from the 2nd floor balcony were delightful and relaxing. The location is perfect, as it is centrally located between Rosemary Beach and Seacrest. It’s close to everything! We walked to Alys Beach one afternoon, and took Uber everywhere else. The private beach was awesome and “Jake’s” set up our beach chairs and umbrella daily. Joan was the perfect host! Hope to be back soon!!

Beach Vacation
The condo has a great balcony overlooking the ocean and easy access to the beach. At the last minute we added an extra day to our stay and the owner was very responsive and helpful in making that happen. We will definitely return in the future.

The view and sunsets from the balcony were awesome. The property is clean, beautiful, quiet and well equipped. Sheets, towels all fresh. Overall, very easy to park and load-in.
Living room furniture was comfortable, deck furniture perfect for cocktails and reading. The kitchen was fantastic. Loved the sub zero refrigerator. Powerful WiFi signal and any program imaginable available on state of the art AV equipment in living room with sound system
When we opened the balcony doors in the morning, the surf sounded like we were right at the water's edge.
Even though check-in time isn't until 4:00PM, condo management texted us at 9AM on day of check-in to say the condo was ready and we could arrive at anytime - was much appreciated. The owners leave lots of helpful tips around unit
and respond immediately.
We would definitely consider a return trip to this condo.

Perfect Oasis Away From Packed Beaches
Joan is a WONDERFUL host! She promptly returned all texts and emails to any of my questions. Her property is a perfect location. She also has a nice variety of cooking accoutrements for the foodie types that like to cook. Showers have great water pressure and lots of warm water. It's also nice to have a washing machine! We will be back!!!

This property and the managers are great. Our family of 4 had a fantastic stay and getting to and from the beach is as easy as could be. Great location for nearby restaurants and there are a few grocery stores just a few minutes away.

Rental experience was excellent. Only issue was ice maker going out on Tuesday. Left 3 messages with rental property maintenance and finally got text on Thursday morning saying they were contacting local appliance company to schedule repair Thursday or Friday. Never did hear or see anyone for repairs.

PERFECT LOCATION!
