Questo grazioso appartamento con una camera da letto (con divano letto aggiuntivo) si trova all'ultimo piano di uno degli edifici più alti di Mission Beach con VISTE GRANDI. Dal muro delle finestre puoi vedere tutto il sud fino al centro, a nord a La Jolla, a ovest verso il Pacifico e ad est a Mission Bay.
Nel momento in cui vi passo nella porta, si sono circondati da una sensazione di relax e tranquillità. I nuovi arredi luminosi e l'arredo felice rendono facile entrare in uno stato d'animo 'lascia i tuoi problemi alle spalle', e il fatto di essere a pochi passi dal lungomare di Mission Beach con chilometri di sabbia e mare porta questa sensazione in realtà!
Mission Beach, il BEACHWALK, Mission Bay, ristoranti, negozi, Belmont Park (con il suo montagne russe e onde artificiali) sono a pochi passi di distanza. Sea World è a cinque minuti mentre zoo di San Diego, Balboa Park, centro di San Diego con la sua GAS LAMPADA distretto e OLD TOWN si trovano a 15-20 minuti di auto!
La parete di finestre e terrazza fuori del salotto di sole si affacciano verso l'Oceano Pacifico a destra e Mission Bay a sinistra. Con vista sul centro di San Diego orizzonte e fuochi d'artificio Sea World (di notte a tutto tondo d'estate ... i fine settimana dell'anno!). Si può vedere per miglia mentre si sta seduti sulla terrazza con il caffè del mattino.
Se insisti a lavorare o semplicemente al passo con internet, forniamo un servizio WiFi super veloce. E hai anche canali sportivi aggiuntivi per il tuo divertimento ... quando non sei fuori in spiaggia!
La cucina è dotata di nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, tra cui un forno a microonde, lavastoviglie e compattatore di rifiuti. Porta cibo solo perché tutto il resto è fornito! Tutto questo è circondato da bellissimi contatori e pavimenti in marmo.
La cura extra è stata presa per fornire il letto più comodo (il materasso è stato recentemente sostituito con un materasso di lusso di $ 4000 che dorme come il paradiso!) con cuscini e trapunte in piuma. Recentemente abbiamo anche installato un condizionatore d'aria nella camera da letto che ti consente di scegliere la temperatura più comoda per le tue preferenze di sonno. E se sei troppo freddo, c'è un camino sul muro che non solo fornisce calore ma una deliziosa atmosfera romantica!
Il bagno, con vasca e doccia a pioggia, è stato completamente ristrutturato e circondato con piastrelle di marmo travertino sui pavimenti, doccia e top di vanità.
Ogni cura è stata presa nella speranza che tu ti senta l'ospite speciale e stimato che sei!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was close to the beach, restaurants, and Belmont Park. We felt safe and had everything we needed in the condo! Quiet and comfortable with beautiful views.

So many wonderful places just outside our door, including the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, and cute little shops. Grocery stores and the airport were just a quick ride away. The place was immaculate and communication was everything we could have hoped for. Can't recommend this location enough. Thank you for a most excellent visit!

We had a really nice stay here for a few days. Check in and check out was easy, the place is clean and it is a huge plus to have a designated parking space in a secure garage! We enjoyed the amazing views daily during our meals. 100% would stay again.

Great property has everything you need and is close to Two Beaches..Great walking area and Food and close to Downtown..Katherine your Host is Wonderful and always available for a Problem...Only small blip ..cant get NFL Games on their Streaming Services...Otherwise Great....

We so enjoyed staying here. First, Katharine is the worlds best host. She met us when we arrived and gave us all the information we needed for our stay.
The space was great for the two of us. Clean, modern, and it felt very warm and inviting. Sitting on the balcony was a delight.
We loved how we could walk to the beach, a local bakery, and restaurants. Driving into San Diego or up to La Jolla was easy as well.
The next time we stay in the area we will definitely stay here again.

My husband and I were here celebrating our anniversary. We would not have changed a thing. The condo was very clean, a fantastic location, and had a lot of little things that just added to our comfort and convenience. Communication from the time of booking all the way through our checkout was great. Both the owner and the property manager were very kind and pleasant to work with. We will definitely look for this property again in the future.

We’ve stayed in Mission beach multiple summer vacations as a family. We love this property for its parking, beach access, and AC. It has one bathroom through the master bedroom, but we were able to manage it with our middle schoolers each night. Would stay here again!

Fantastic condo, wonderful location, super clean! Lovely view of the bay and ocean. Loved sitting on the balcony in the morning and enjoying a coffee. Perfect size for our family and you can’t beat the location! All the amenities you need! Looking forward to booking again!

This condo is in a great location. A very, very short walk to the ocean Beach & a 1 block walk to the bay. From the condo you have views of both beaches. The place was immaculate. There was everything you would need for an extended stay. Unfortunately we were there for just 3 nights. I can’t say enough about Katherine, the property manager. She greeted us upon our arrival & explained everything we’d need to know. Great dinner recommendations also. Sandi the owner is easy to contact & gets back to you right away. They both helped to make out 1st visit to San Diego very pleasant. If you have a car the parking garage is great. Driving wise, anything you’d want to see or do is about 15-20 minutes away. Great place! Great visit!

Perfect spot for a couple who wants be at the beach, but do not want to spend huge dollars. It may not be right on the sand, but it’s only a few steps away. There were new appliances, dish washer, fridge/freezer, nice sized kitchen, and normal size full bathroom. Also the secure indoor parking for one car in a very busy area was a huge plus. The condo is less than a 5 minute walk from a bicycle rental and about 1 mile on the walking/bike path to some nice restaurants and entertainment.

This is the third time my wife and I have stayed at this property. It's beginning to feel like a second home. You can't beat the location! It's just a few steps from the beach. The views from the balcony are spectacular. The condo is clean and well-managed. Katharine, the hostess, is very pleasant and professional to work with. Sandi Ellis, the owner, pays close attention to the property. We can see with each visit her attention to detail. We love this property and look forward to staying again!

Great place to catch the San Diego beach scene. Super convenient to surf, sand and eats. Condo is cozy and cute. Loved the bedroom decor. Inspirational messages about endless summer and stress free zone with a psychedelic crystal fireplace. I recommend taking down Big Ben though.

Our stay at this comfy apartment was perfect. The place has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. From the fully equipped kitchen to the inviting living room to the very comfy bedroom. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the small deck where we had both ocean and bay views. We could watch the sunrise in the morning and the sunset in the evening.
The location is perfect. It's just steps away from the boardwalk and beach. Turn north and you're a short walk to Pacific Beach have your pick of ocean side restaurants where you can enjoy a delicious meal and watch the surfers and dolphins playing in the ocean. Turn south and you're a few minutes from Belmont Park and all the rides. Plus, you're only a short drive from all the sights in San Diego. If you're hungry and don't feel like walking, Moe's is right downstairs where you can enjoy a pricy but very good dinner. We highly recommend the onion soup.
The secure parking space is a big plus. Mission Beach can get very busy all year long.
Communication with our host and property manager was great. We were greeted when we arrived with the keys and tips about the location and building.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this unit.
