The house was in an excellent location for a walker, and the fenced backyard was super for the dogs. Easy parking was another plus. The house had some charm, too. My main complaints were that no one policed the yard before we arrived, and it was full of dog feces. We had to clean it up before our dogs could go out. Not my favorite way to start a vacation.Also, the kitchen lacked basics like a can opener and a corkscrew, and the chairs were so uncomfortable, we had to put towels on them to use them. The kitchen also was so tiny that we had to run the dishwasher every day because there was no place to dry dishes or prep a meal. Kitchen deficiencies, of course, might be a non issue for those who plan to eat out every night.

Great outdoor space to enjoy your morning. SO many birds and squirrels and we even had a mama cat hanging around. Uber picks up super fast at this location. Walking is an option as its very close to everything but if you have ones in your group need a ride - great location. Home had clean linens, towels, extra blankets/pillows, and even travel toiletries. Ice was also ready to go - a personal favorite of mine.

Cute and clean home, comfy beds and everything you need. Only complaint would be a lamp you can turn off and on by the master bed would have been nice. The lighting by the bed has a switch across the room so you have to get up to turn it off and while the fan light has a remote, the bright light isn’t ideal for winding down and reading. Other than that the place was perfect.

Loved the house and was all that I expected- the neighborhood was very quiet for such a touristy area. The owner needs to update pics of the back outside area - and do a thorough cleanup inside the fence. There was poison ivey growing everywhere and where the leaves had not been cleaned up at all this season, squirrels and neighbors cats dug holes and buried feces in them. The dead tree with the 3 inch thornes near the back of the fence needs cut down. The pics of the back area currently online was the final determining factor between this location and 2 others. We still enjoyed pur stay and feel we got our money's worth but was certainly disappointed in the back area.

We were in Savannah for the weeekend to attend a wedding and this was the perfect place to come back to after wedding festivities. Close proximity to everything we needed and most importantly clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Family and I were in town for a long weekend. The property was beautiful and the fenced-in courtyard was perfect for our dog. The only issue we found was trying to communicate with the property management. We used the app to message the property manager a question (which we found the answer to ourselves shortly thereafter) but never received a response or follow-up. Perhaps if we called the number instead of going through the app we'd have better luck. Still, it didn't impact our overall experience, which was wonderful.

We had a great experience at this rental and would certainly stay again. The location was perfect walking to historic sites while enjoying quiet and peacefulness of not being in the middle of all the bars and activity. Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Parking was a big concern for me but we had no problem with street parking although the spots were available out back as well. I will say the decor has changed a lot since the photos were taking but I enjoyed the updated and it was a pleasant surprise (but worth getting these updated). Only con for me were that the small twin beds are very firm and weren’t comfortable for us.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The accommodations were just as shown in the pictures. The location was easily walkable to countless great restaurants and attractions. We loved the convenience of the off-street parking. The fenced-in courtyard was great for our family and dog.

The booking, check-in, and check-out process and communication was all easy and great. The place itself was cute and nicely decorated. There were enough supplies that we didn’t have to buy much. It was great to have a code rather than a key that could be lost and we liked having designated parking and a front and back entrance through a private courtyard.
Our only issues were that the photos are not very accurate (courtyard looks quite different and there was not a window shade in the second bedroom as pictured, which was an issue for us only because we were traveling with a baby that naps during the day) and the mattress in the master bedroom is WORN and needs replacement - we were sinking into it and did not sleep well at all. The cleaning could also have been more detailed - there was a decent amount of dust on various surfaces and especially things like lamps and decorations and the shower walls had some hair on them, indicating they were not wiped down in a while.
Overall, nothing was very serious and we generally enjoyed our stay.

We loved the house but it was a bit different in the yard then the photos. We would stay again. The location was perfect and we felt safe. The unit was clean with the exception of tub that had a lot of mold and dead bugs when we arrived. The yard could have used a little more TLC. We had to pick up a lot of glass. TV and internet did not work as well as we would have liked since we were staying in at night away from fireworks. Just a few items that might need your attention.

Rreasons for not giving this property 5 stars1- they charge a lot for cleaning 200+ and the yard was filled with 3 inches of leaves and flower pots were filled with dead flowers and weeds. 2-Two single people rented and we barely made it with the toilet paper and hand soap. Had we been with spouses we would have had to purchase toilet paper? really? 1500$ for 5 nights and you gave us 1 roll of toilet paper?3- 1 pot of coffee was supplied...again really?4-no ice cube trays? they did come around with them when I called and pretty much insisted.I spoke to the management company and they took note of my issues. Although no one was prompted to correct them while I was there.I think I will stick with owner operated going forward.Alot more personal and welcoming.

I’m in Savannah often for family, so this was a good location to many things down town/ area. It has that old Savannah cottage charm. It does need TLC year n the inside and outside and some updating inside. The back yard was very dirty and was not kept up, so We were not able to enjoy sitting outside like we wanted to because the table and chairs had a lot of mildew all over it. The cottage needs to be pressure washed and cleaned on the outside as it would give it a better appearance. We felt safe and had everything we needed as far as supplies. Again, if it had some updating and TLC it could be super!
