AFFITTIAMO ALLA SETTIMANA IN ESTATE MA SE SIAMO VICINI ALLA DATA E SIAMO APERTI SUL CALENDARIO, AFFITRIAMO MENO. EMAIL PER INFO E POSSO INVIARTI UN'OFFERTA
Carpinteria ... forse non è davvero la terra che il tempo ha dimenticato, ma non ci vuole molto tempo qui per sentirsi come se fossi tornato in vacanza dalla tua infanzia. I giorni in spiaggia sono lunghi e pigri, e le notti miti sono animate da passeggiate su e giù per la via principale, fermandosi per un gelato, per fare vetrine o semplicemente guardare gli altri passeggiare. C'è una grande varietà di ristoranti locali, ma non una grande catena in vista (oltre al fast food, ovviamente), e se hai voglia di stare fuori fino a tardi, di solito c'è musica dal vivo nelle vicinanze da qualche parte.
Abbiamo una casa a schiera confortevole e ben fornita con un grazioso arredamento da spiaggia. È il luogo perfetto per una vacanza rilassante. Novità di quest'anno --- una TV a schermo piatto! Speriamo che ti piaccia la vita all'aria aperta ma se il tuo evento sportivo preferito o qualcos'altro è attivo, la visualizzazione è molto migliorata. Dorrance Depot R&R ha il sapore del passato con le sistemazioni che desideri per la tua famiglia oggi.
Situato a due isolati da quasi tutto, è a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e dal santuario della fauna selvatica in una direzione, e dai negozi e ristoranti di Linden Avenue nell'altra. Anche se si dice che fosse la vecchia stazione ferroviaria, l'odierna R&D di Dorrance Depot è incentrata sul riposo e il relax. L'unità b, una residenza sulla spiaggia di 2 piani, dispone di tre camere da letto e 1,5 bagni, con un ampio e aperto soggiorno, zona pranzo. L'ampio patio privato collega l'interno all'esterno e aggiunge possibilità di intrattenimento. La casa è completamente attrezzata con cucina, bagno e biancheria e dispone di un garage per 2 auto

Fantastic & relaxing beach home
We just got back from spending a week at this great townhome. The location was perfect- just a few blocks from the beach and the cute shopping area. We didn’t use our cars all week because we could walk or bike everywhere. The home was clean and comfortable, had everything we needed to cook all of our meals. It is definitely larger than it looks in the pictures with a big, open downstairs and 3 bright, comfortable rooms upstairs. The back patio is also large and a great place to hang out, with a charcoal grill and fire pit. We could store all of our bikes and beach things in the garage which was great! Any questions that I had were immediately answered by Kathy- she was always available and so easy to deal with. I highly recommend this property and will definitely be back!

This was a wonderful place to stay! Close to everything! We walked to beach, breweries, and restaurants.
The townhouse was very comfortable and cute. We loved the decor! It had everything we needed except sunscreen! I plan on returning next year with the family! It is a great place to make memories!

This is a great location in a sleepy coastal town that requires no vehicle to get around to the beach, stores and entertainment, including local breweries. We use it whenever we can and the size is perfect for those visiting family members and friends. We have been vacationing her enough that we feel like locals for our couple of weeks of decompression.

This continues to be our chosen location for an unwinding vacation that isn't too far from home and yet a world apart. This is a great location in a sleepy coastal town that requires no vehicle to get around to the beach, stores and entertainment, including local breweries. We use it whenever we can and the size is perfect for those visiting family members and friends. We have been vacationing her enough that we feel like locals for our couple of weeks of decompression.

Very lovely beach house (- or condo). Plenty of room for 6 adults. Cozy little back yard/patio area. Easy access to the beach and town – and Thursday’s Farmer’s Market. Convenient location - lots of nature in the area even shopping if that's on your to-do-list
The not so positive:
- the kitchen equipment was a bit lacking, there are plates, glasses and mugs for one meal - for dinner there is ONE big pot (- for pasta sauce, but we'd have to cook pasta for 2 and 2 and 2 - in a very small pot)
- the trundle bed, if you can call that a bed, was horrible. It was more like sleeping on a board, I like a firm mattress but after a week on this one you’ll need a very good chiropractor.
I really don’t like to be a “Negative Nancy” – but I feel that these issues are easy fixes – a little trip to Ikea could fix it all!
We would rent again – if you get a new mattress! : )

The patio is great and furnished with a table and chairs, 2 umbrellas and recliners. There's a fire pit out there and a grill.
There were beach chairs and 2 boogie boards in the garage. All you need to bring are beach towels and sunscreen.
