Courtside 110 è una casa di 3 piani con 3 camere da letto e 3 1/2 bagni, una rampa sopra il livello della strada. L'ultimo piano è una grande suite principale. Courtside si trova vicino al famoso centro tennistico Van Deer Meer e a 1. 5 isolati dalla spiaggia. Un abbonamento speciale è incluso per gli ospiti Courtside, 1 ora di privilegi da tennis al giorno. Questa comunità ha 2 piscine in loco da utilizzare, e il cortile presenta una laguna tranquilla con una fontana. Il parcheggio è direttamente di fronte a ciascun condominio, con spazi aggiuntivi che circondano l'edificio. Courtside si trova nella spiaggia della foresta del sud, a solo mezzo miglio dal circolo di Coligny. Numerosi negozi e ristoranti sono nelle vicinanze. Questa è un'ottima posizione per tutte le attività dell'isola. C'è un re nel maestro, la regina nella camera degli ospiti e 2 gemelli nel 3 °.

This was our first trip to Hilton Head and it didn’t disappoint. The condo felt like home and provided easy walking access to everything. We can’t wait to go back!

Our stay at this property was wonderful! It was a quick walk to the beach, the pool was directly in our "backyard" and close to cvs/groceries/gas etc. We would stay here again in a second!

Seashore vacations was easy to work, but We would have liked to been informed that the condo was going to be sprayed for bugs before the man came into the condo and scaring our 73 year old aunt. Also the last day everyone else had left by car but my husband and I were still there in upstairs bedroom since we had flown, the housekeepers opened the door and threw in all the new linens. We went downstairs and he had left the condo open. We locked the door and he tried to come in again a while after. Again left door unlocked so we then we locked the screen door. This was all before the checkout time of 10 am. As far as the condo, we did see many places were wear and tear are showing the age. They had light bulbs out and there is a crack in the ceiling in the master bedroom up top. Could use some updates. Location is a good walk to get to the beach a bit more than just across the street.
