The flat was so clean, the staff was extremely friendly and the food was so delicious with adequate amounts.

Place is clean, you can find good quality toilet paper in the rest rooms even on beach and swimming pool rest rooms, good garden view, The open buffet food was delicious, beach is good, staff are friendly and try to address your issues with your stay.

First, the address of the resort is incorrect, need to ne updated urgently. No shows or activities at all during my stay, I can only eat, sleep or go swimming. The chef behavior is not friendly with the guests. he need to have social skills improvement training. The hotel needs a lot of maintenance for the rooms, outside areas and kids area. I didn't like that the breakfast and dinner set menu during weekdays or low occupation, much lower than my expectations.

The breakfast was ok. But the whole experience was not up to my expectations. I will not go there again.

It isnot an hotel . It is an old compound without any renovations for decades without any activities nor facilities except the pool . Not clean not well furnished no grass or plants . Chairs are broken and old

When I remember that I had forgotten my phone charger, I called them then they told me that they will search for it and call me later. They didn't call me also they didn't answer my calls.
