Location is not in the downtown, incovenient to visit downtown but good in term of quiet.

Room is spacious, clean and located next to a shopping center. Steam room, jacuzzi, heated Olympic size swimming pool were free for staying guests to use which we did and loved. Staff is friendly, courteous, always willing to help. We will recommend Sheraton Hai Phong to our friends and family traveling to Vietnam.
Nothing!

If they could accomodate a joining room with doors or at least same level for my family. I have to move around different levels

Loved the friendly staff, huge rooms and the location of the hotel. Breakfast spread was amazing. The room had a great view and was very well appointed.
Food ordered through room services takes a long time to deliver. Would appreciate more options in the in-room dining.
