The property was in a perfect location. Very close to the trevi fountain and walkable to all areas, yet quiet and peaceful. The apartment had everything we needed and great (much needed) Aircon. The beds were comfy and the outside patio was a rare find and lovely to have relaxing breakfast and and evening drink on as it has comfy furniture. There is a luggage lift too, which is much needed as you are on the top floor.
Nothing. The occasional drain smell in the bathroom, but we were expecting this from reading other reviews in many old apartments close to the centre. We just put on the extractor fan and it helped.

It is so close to the Trevi Fountain and central to see many Roman sites. The patio is amazing for sitting out on a hot afternoon in the shade. The bed is comfy. Arianna was awesome to deal with. We had an issue with hot water and she was right on it. Excellent service. It is very safe with a locking gate.
This is on the top floor and has 70 steep, narrow steps to get to the apartment. This could be a lot for some folks especially after a long day of walking around Rome.
