La casa sf 4.000 è su due livelli con 2 master suite, 2 camere per gli ospiti e 3 bagni e mezzo. I pavimenti sono in quercia rossa e piastrelle italiane importate con camere da letto con moquette. La grande sala presenta soffitti alti, un bellissimo bar in legno, un tavolo da biliardo e molti posti a sedere. La cucina presenta mobili europei dal design personalizzato realizzati in pino di 120 anni. C'è una stazione di lavoro blocco macellaio con lavello più un banco di posti a sedere. Controsoffitti in granito e backsplash, elettrodomestici in acciaio inox con termosifone professionale a 6 fuochi a gas e cappa aspirante, frigorifero / congelatore sotto zero, microonde e doppio forno, lavastoviglie Asko. La lavanderia è fuori dalla cucina e dispone di lavatrice e asciugatrice Asko.
Al livello principale ci sono due camere da letto ciascuna con un letto matrimoniale e bagno completo tra. Al piano superiore sono due master suite con un re letto e divano letto matrimoniale nel maestro principale. Il secondo maestro ha 2 regine e un mazzo privato per godersi l'acqua e le viste del tramonto.

We had a great stay. The home was a resort and was very well kept. Wonderful access to the water with beautiful sunsets. I would definitely recommend and will hopefully have the chance to rent again.

The property is everything advertised, plus more. The house easily handles 10 guest. Extra accommodations such as outdoor Tiki hut, 150 foot dock, heated pool, fish related amenities, lots of parking only begin to add to your stay.
We rented a 23 foot motor boat for the week. Very easy to travel to and from the house and dock the boat. Particularly for inexperienced boaters.
The house location, facing west on the harbor is perfect. Sunsets off your dock with a beverage in hand cannot be beat. Birds, including numerous pelicans plus small fish sit off your dock all hours of the day. On our last day a very large manatee patrolled the dock for over an hour. Lots of fun for kids and adults.
Property manager checked in a couple times during our stay. Very accommodating.
Perfect in all respects for large group of adults or large families.

The pictures and description match the property very well. We were a party of 8 and never felt crowded with plenty to do on the property. The house really does have everything! With a big great kitchen and outdoor area, we only went out to eat once. Everything we needed was on site including a wonderful view. We brought a 30' boat and jet ski. We even had a kayak delivered, that was easy. It was easy to get in and out of the neighborhood, the bay, and the ocean side with the boat. There is water and electrical! Easy to get to the stores, lots of parking. We had two cars and a jet ski trailer, we had much more room.
There are other properties that look brand new with neon lighted pools and other flashy pictures on the internet, but most of those do not have and view and frankly what this property has to offer. We drove by a few of those, and we were VERY happy we picked this wonderful home.

The property was amazing and just what we needed for our destination wedding!
Other than a little hiccup at check in, this property and location was perfect for our small friends and family wedding. The property manager was helpful and responsive. We had beautiful weather all week and Dave and Sharon's home was big enough to allow everyone to enjoy the week together!

This property was exactly as described. An incredibly beautiful vacation rental. The layout of this property provided excellent privacy, with plenty of space inside and out!! It really felt like we had a whole resort to ourselves. The grounds were Awesome!! The Tiki bar outside provided the perfect gathering space to share food and drink, but I would suggest highlighting the tiki bar more in the listing. And of course the pool was perfect. This home was very well appointed and easy to prepare meals in, very well stocked. My family would Absolutely recommend and revisit this property. AWESOME vacation !!

This property was exactly as described. An incredibly beautiful vacation rental. The layout of this property provided excellent privacy, with plenty of space inside and out!! It really felt like we had a whole resort to ourselves. The grounds were Awesome!! The Tiki bar outside provided the perfect gathering space to share food and drink, but I would suggest highlighting the tiki bar more in the listing. And of course the pool was perfect. Fantastic Vacation!
This property is truly amazing! A gorgeous house on a gorgeous piece of property! The landscaping and water views are fabulous! Plenty of room to enjoy swimming, sunning, boating, cooking out, and breathing in the ocean air! A spectacular place to stay, indeed!!!

Kitchen is fully outfitted with gourmet cookware. The outdoor area is gorgeously landscaped - palm trees, flowers abound. Tiki hut for meals with a view of the large lagoon - manatees, tarpon, sea turtles. Bring a boat right up to the sea wall. Lovely pool. The property is your own private resort.

Our family had an absolutely AMAZING stay at Scenic Solitude – everything was perfect! The views and landscaping on the grounds were fabulous. The property is close to everything and we did a few outings in and around the area; however, you really do not even need to leave the property – it has everything you could think of and more. We felt like we were at our own private luxury boutique resort! We spent most of the time outdoors: lounging on the docks and beach, swimming in the pool, fishing off the docks, playing corn hole and golf, enjoying cocktails at all the seating areas, and grilling a ton of local seafood at the fantastic tiki hut (Brutus is awesome for fresh seafood). We loved the daily visits by the friendly manatees. The dock was perfect for launching our paddle boards and kayaks, and taking a swim. The house itself is also incredible and so spacious – the kitchen is well organized and stocked and we also loved the indoor bar and pool table, where many late night competitions were held. Debbie, the property manager, is very responsive and made us feel at home. The attention to every detail at this home was truly appreciated – we had everything we needed for an absolutely wonderful family vacation. We would recommend this property to everyone, and would love to come back on another holiday. Thank you so much for the memories!

We just had one of the best times as a family staying here. So much to do right here on property was hard to leave. The owners and property manager of property were awesome made us feel like family. Can’t wait for next visit.

Awesome Stay!
Such a great vacation with friends and family. The grounds are beautiful, and the kitchen was amazing. We mostly cooked, and it had everything you could possibly need. The split level house plan made it a little more difficult with young children, but that was the only drawback there was. Would definitely stay at this property again!

Perfect Getaway
We spent a week at this beautiful property and were not disappointed. The house is just gorgeous and perfect for my husband, me and two teenagers. But the best part was the property itself. The outside tiki was a favorite place to eat our meals and the dock was the perfect place to watch the sun set every night. My daughter and I loved doing yoga every morning while looking out over the canal as the sun was coming up for the day. This was one of our best vacations and we truely appreciated all this house had to offer. We would highly recommend this property for anyone looking to get away in a beautiful place.

Best house in the keys we have stayed at!!!
Every year the same families get together and we rent a home for 1 week in the keys. We are a large group and this house was very well laid out. It’s our 6th year in a row and this by far was the best home by far. Outdoor pool was great coming off the boat, tiki hut was the hang out, kids loved to play pool in family room, and mini golf tournaments were very entertaining. Great home, great stay. Property mgr responds immediately. We are already discussing renting this home for next year.

Beautiful property and house. The grounds are large and landscaping is amazing. The house is as nice as any you’ll ever stay in. The kitchen may be the best part of this outstanding place. We loved Paul next door also. We will be back.

Our family had a great week! We were sad to leave! The outdoor entertainment was great... putting green, beach area, tiki hut, pool etc... We would DEFINITELY stay here again and highly recommend to others!

Fishermen’s Paradise
We have been visiting the Marathon and Islamorada area for 15 years and this is by far the best vacation rental we have experienced. Tarpon fishing vaca cut and 7 mile bridge in the morning and offshore fishing in the afternoon. The property has a new tiki hut that we Thoroughly enjoyed

Fabulous and relaxing
Our family enjoyed our holiday week at this wonderful property. Easy access to nearby beaches, scuba, snorkeling, paddle board and kayak rentals, great restaurants, etc. Also enjoyed the relaxing time on the property billiards and other activities, grilling out and having dinner in the tiki hut and soaking in the pool. Lots of space and nice scenic view.

Property justice! The home fit are extended family perfectly and the location was great. The canal opened to the gulf, was excellent for lobstering and a five minute boat ride allowed us to cross under the 7 mile bridge into the Atlantic. You can launch the boat around the corner. It was easy to get in and out without much wait or launch fees. When we weren't on the water, the swimming pool, pool table and putting green allowed us plenty to do to keep the kiddos entertained. Strongly reccomend this home!!

The property was beautiful and spacious. We were in our own private tropical resort.
We had a wonderful time at the property. The online pictures do not do it justice. It is far prettier than what you can see on the website. We were also impressed with the size of the bedrooms and the amazing views from the decks.

Resort Paradise!!!
An absolutely gorgeous resort home is the best way for me to describe this estate. My wife and I traveled with two other couple to this exquisite property from May 20-27, 2017. We couldn’t believe our eyes when were turned into the driveway and saw this magical wonderland.
The house was absolutely beautiful, spacious, and spotless; it was furnished to the nines. Everything was modern, including the appliances which were all commercial grade. The outside of the property with the magnificent landscaping, pool, outdoor furniture, barbecuing area is a true tropical oasis. It was superior to most resorts I have stayed at throughout the Caribbean.
Our one friend, who was somewhat familiar with the area of Marathon as well as the surrounding area, took us to all of the local restaurants and eateries. We ate out every day for both breakfast and dinner. The food was delicious and the wait staff was courteous, polite, and super friendly. If you’re not familiar with the area the homeowner has a binder full of information regarding restaurants, points-of -interests, recreational sports, etc.
My friends and I are already discussing our return trip to this resort and tropical sanctuary. We will most likely utilize the endless amenities of the estate a little more during our next visit. There is just so much to do at this resort paradise that you really need not leave the property; however, if you choose to do so you will be have a phenomenal time!!!

Amzaing
This vacation rental is at the top of our list for Marathon. It met our large families needs from a 10 month old to 63 year old. We had plenty of space to keep the Kids busy, with tons of activities.

Gorgeous property!!
Very nice home in a quite cove, easy access to the gulf and ocean. Home had everything we needed and more. The landscaping is immaculate with plenty of dock space for three boats. Owner and property manager are very quick and responsive if needed. We will return again, thank you Sharon!!

Great House for families
House is as good as it looks in pictures. Plenty of room and great location. The property is beautifully landscaped. To our surprise, fishing off the dock was tremendous, the kids fished non-stop. The cove is larger than it appears and hosts grouper, sharks, tarpon and others.
Kitchen is very well equipped to handle the big family meals. All bedrooms and baths are spacious. All in all perfect for large family or even multi-family use

Marathon rental, Excellent!
The place and property were beautiful, quiet and peaceful. Everything you would need for a great vacation week. Heated pool, dock, outdoor patios and lounging areas. Plenty of wild life watching, Manatees, Pelicans etc. Great place if you have a boat. Right on the water and access to all waterways. I like Marathon key over the others, a little more laid back but plenty to do and see. Wonderful place, great weather and a great time.
Can't wait to to go back, maybe 2 weeks next time.

Beautiful property!
This place is amazing! Although there are a lot of places nearby that are worth visiting (Sparky's for happy hour, Island Fish and Paradise Produce), once you get there and have the kitchen stocked, there really is no reason to leave. My favorite thing to do is sit by the water and watch for the manatees, dolphins, turtles and nurse sharks. So relaxing. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay with zero issues! The house, landscaping, and waterfront is absolutely spectacular! We had 3 couples and enjoyed a very relaxing time together. The nice thing is there is plenty to do in Marathon, but we spent our time enjoying the property and relaxing at the pool. I would highly recommend this. It is very obvious the owner takes great care of the property! Thank you for a great stay!

Paradise in Marathon
Where do you start to say how amazing our stay was here in Marathon. First the weather is always gorgeous and even when not, this amazing home makes up for it...from the amazing waterfront to the pool to the palm trees and beautiful flora...wow! The kitchen has everything you need to make anything...feels like home almost immediately. Any bedroom you choose has a wonderful mattress and bed and dressers and closets...the amenities go on and on!! The screened in porch is one of my favorite morning spots to go and read or check emails while sipping my tea. Snorkeling and kayaking is amazing too...from manatees to sea turtles to very colorful fish of all sizes to a daily visiting nurse shark and a barracuda occasionally...I love the water. The beach area and fire table is a great place to sit all times of the day too. Come and experience this amazing property and you will never want to leave!!
