Golf trip with three guys! Preferred having our own rooms and this property was perfect. There was good space to spread out and the layout was fantastic.
Spacious bedrooms, bathrooms, and living room and the kitchen had more than enough. Within a short walking distance is a couple of restaurants and a grocery store. I highly, and I mean highly recommend the Venezuelan restaurant that is in the business park adjacent to these condos. The food there is incredible and I do not consider myself a foodie.
You are about 1.5 MI away from International Boulevard which is where you will find every restaurant and shop. My group did not go to Universal but it was very apparent that this would be ideal even if you wanted to walk to universal.
I did shoot a hole in one on the second hole that we played. I am nearly positive that my luck was attributed to this location :) ok maybe not but the lodging was great.

The condo was clean and close to universal and discovery cove. It was nicely stocked for starting out. The only issue I had was the pans. They were old and food stuck even with oil. Some upgraded non stick pans would be nice for next time. The beds were nice but the mattress was a little firmer than I’m used to. Loved the condo and would definitely recommend and stay again.

Thanks so much to Jim for a great week at a fabulous place. The pool is within walking distance, which is what we wanted most. The condo was clean and well cared for. Jim was extremely responsive helpful when we needed to adjust our dates. I’d stay here again!

Excellent location for OCCC. Stayed for AAU youth sports. Lots of families with teens. Unit was wonderful. Busy holiday week made parking a little sparse and the pool busy. We were fine but that might be an issue for some. So close to pool and Publix grocery and coffee shop. Felt safe walking to store alone at night too. I cooked every day and all appliances were great. There is an elevator however we only used stair case. Night time noise was not an issue. Very happy with our stay. So easy to enjoy yourself here.

We stayed for the 2023 AAU Volleyball Nationals and this condo was perfect! Super clean, close to Publix and the OCCC. This is located on the side of Vista Cay with the smaller pool, which was great! The beds are comfortable. The kitchen has every single thing you need. The owner had snacks out for us, beach towels on hand, and travel size shampoo & conditioner in case we had forgotten ours. There were books and magazines, a domino game, sand toys and a basketball in the condo as well. Everything you need for a fantastic stay! Most important of all, communication from the owner was always prompt, clear and kind. We will definitely look to book this condo anytime we are in Orlando moving forward!

We loved the condo, it was very clean and cozy. The location was close to the convention center and some restaurants and stores so we were close to everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

My two sons and I stayed at this property while there for a swim meet. It’s conveniently located to all the main attractions in Orlando. The condo was clean and the owner was responsive to my questions prior to arrival. They are renovating the pool so the pool on this side of vista cay was fairly small. Luckily guests have access to the main vista cay pool so that worked out perfect! We would stay here again!

We visited for my daughters dance event at the Orange County Convention Center and the condo was perfect! The location is a very short, convenient drive to OCCC as well as grocery and restaurants within walking distance. The place was clean and well kept and a perfect fit for our group of 6!

Air conditioner changes to 76 after a certain time period. That is crazy with the heat in Orlando. it got super-hot every night. other than that, it's perfect.

Fantastic location and the property is immaculate. Great shopping centers nearby is a plus, but the owner Jim could NOT have been a better host. Very responsive and even worked with us as the hurricane was ruining our plans and again after we left and thought we had left an item behind. I will only use Jim’s place any time I’m in Orlando!

Nice place. They even provided snacks. Only things that were negative is that all linens could use an update. The ac was in a time so at times the place got very warm especially at night. I would stay here again.

Perfect for us
Thanks Jim for a pleasant place to stay while visiting for a futsal tournament. Publix and other amenities are within walking distance and it was just a 6 minute drive to the Orange County Convention Center which avoided all park related traffic!
