Questo appartamento di 1280 piedi quadrati si trova a due minuti a piedi da Wat Phra Singh, il tempio più importante di Chiang Mai. L'appartamento è raggiungibile attraverso doppia elettronica porte scorrevoli in vetro con serratura magnetica e una tastiera di sicurezza. L'enorme salone open space, cucina e sala da pranzo ha pavimenti in cemento lucidato, pelle, super comodi divani, sedie e Lazyboys. Il centro di intrattenimento si estende su una parete e comprende un top di gamma, internet pronto, 55 pollici schermo curvo TV precaricato con centinaia di film più recenti, documentari su Chiang Mai e programmi per i bambini. Le tapparelle sono azionate elettronicamente e la cucina è all'avanguardia e viene fornita praticamente di tutto, dalle pentole per riso alla più moderna macchina per espresso. Tutte le camere di questa proprietà sono dotate di condizionatori Daikin. La camera da letto principale ha letti comodi, un bagno privato e una zona salotto separata con divano in pelle e TV. La seconda camera ha anche letti fantastici e una doccia davvero intelligente nell'en-suite. Lavoriamo duramente per assicurarci di avere la migliore vacanza e se resterai con noi lo farai.

My four night stay was not long enough! This condo was the perfect retreat each evening after full days out exploring Chiang Mai. Charles, the owner, was kidding about how everything you may need is just outside the door. Absolute perfect Old City location. Speaking of Charles, he is an absolute gem, making our stay like a luxury experience. He is your most valuable resource during your stay. Not only did he transport us to and from the airport (sorry we missed our flight and had to change pick up times) but he also arranged our elephant experience, our private driver tour, and dinner at the chefs table at a 2 Micheline Star restaurant with Chef James. Charles is a fantastic communicator, helping and answering all of our questions. I’d come back and gladly stay in one of his many condos again.

Stayed for only two nights thru New Year's in this terrific unit in an outstanding location in the Old City of Chiang Mai. As mentioned by other reviewers, Charles in a great host, full of information and recommendations and very easy to communicate with. We took advantage of the Elephant Sanctuary tour as well as the dawn visit to Doi Suthep, both of which were truly magical experiences. The unit itself is clean, modern and well appointed. We loved the location, as well as the comprehensive information book with a number of local restaurant recommendations, which we took to heart. Our only regret is that we did not budget more time here, but hope to make it back in the future!

We were 3 adults and one baby and this apartment was perfect for us! We loved being close by to temples and restaurant but were also surprised by how quiet it was at nice! Definitely recommend!

We were in Chiang Mai for 4 nights, and staying in this property made Chiang Mai our favourite destination in Thailand. Our host, Charles, was brilliant from beginning to end.
From the airport pickup to the airport drop off, Charles gave us 5-star service. We needed a pool to swim in and he collected us to take us to his other (also 5-star) property to enjoy his rooftop pool. He organized the highlight of our trip, the Jungle Elephant Sanctuary where the elephants are treated humanely. He even arranged for our children to be watched while we went out to enjoy the local music blues and jazz scene (excellent!).
The property is in old city Chiang Mai, just behind the Wat Phra Singh temple, and a quick walk away from the excellent S.P. Chicken (a must visit). It's also close enough to the Sunday walking market to walk to and from. Everything else is a rapid Grab (the local and excellent Thai Uber-like service) or tuktuk ride away. It was equipped with all the equipment we needed, from a washing machine to a coffee maker and dishwasher.
If we ever visit Chiang Mai again, we'll be sure to stay in one of Charles' properties. They're we'll worth it!
