Questo magnifico appartamento recentemente rinnovato si trova proprio nella zona pedonale nel cuore del famoso Royal Mile, a soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Waverley ea 5 minuti a piedi dal Castello di Edimburgo. La struttura vanta due ampie camere matrimoniali con letti King Size di alta qualità, estremamente accoglienti e confortevoli, garantiti per garantire una buona notte di sonno prima di iniziare le vostre avventure. L'appartamento ha lenzuola e asciugamani di ottima qualità forniti. Ha anche una cucina e un bagno appena montati per garantire un soggiorno di lusso. È molto importante per gli ospiti notare che le camere da letto sono situate nella parte posteriore dell'edificio dove è estremamente silenzioso nonostante la posizione del centro città altamente desiderabile dell'appartamento. Great unit in excellent location. It would have been fine if we were just weekend travelers with small luggage or backpack. We'd been traveling for 15+ days with medium size suitcases and backpacks which made it extremely difficult to climb 4 flights of a spiraling staircase. But for that, its a great place to stay.

This property was perfect for those who want to stay as central to EVERYTHING in Edinburgh. Easy to explore the city when your flat is a stone's throw away from all the excitement!
Surprisingly quiet for being so close to the action. Very well kept and comfortable.
The location of the entry is a little tricky, but we had some nice people help point us in the right direction. Only word of warning is getting up to the flat - spiral stairs up about 4 floors. Its a little tricky if you have heavy bags.... however its WORTH IT.
Had an amazing time - would highly recommend.

I stayed with my wife and two of our friends at the flat, and was really happy with our choice. Less than a 10 minute walk from most of our planned activities, the train station, and the castle set on a gorgeous part of the royal mile.
The flat was clean, the property manager was helpful, and it has great views out both sides!

Andy is very nice, we spent wonderful days at Edinburg. The place is so well located and the apartment got everything you need. We recommend without any hesitation!

The apartment was lovely and warm, very nicely furnished and cosy and had everything we needed to ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay. Central to everything the position is perfect on the atmospheric Royal Mile, we loved watching from the window seat in the apartment. We went to the castle light show, the vaults tour, the Christmas markets and the Monkey Barrel Comedy Club. Yes the stairs up to the apartment are steep but didn’t pose a problem for us. The location is brilliant. Our host Andy was very helpful and quick to respond. Check in really easy. Would definately stay again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable with all facilities you would need. Stairs up to the apartment are fairly steep solid spiral which make your heart pump. This would not put us off returning. Location is brilliant, right in the middle of things. Bedrooms are at the back of the property so sleep is not distrubed. Would definitely reccommend.

We loved our stay ! The circular staircase was challenging with our luggage but we laughed about it the entire way up! The flat is very clean and comfortable. The location is ideal as it’s close to the rail station, the castle, and all the amazing food and shops.
We really appreciated how quiet the flat was. Yes, we would book again. ❤️

The flat was very clean and offered a great location and beautiful accommodations! The beds were very comfortable. The only downfall is we did not realize the amount of stairs that had to be climbed, which offered some difficulty at times. Anyone with heart concerns or old age may have difficulty with the amount of steps to get to the flat. All in all, this flat offered everything you could ever need when visiting this beautiful city.

The flat was in an ideal location and very well appointed. The beds were super comfortable and the bedrooms were not on the street side therefore were relatively quiet. The flat was exactly as described. The lock box is the top one of eight therefore if you were short in stature it might be a bit tricky to see the numbers to open. Check in and check out we’re straight forward. Overall a wonderful spot!

Not only was it located in a perfect spot to see everything and get guided tours nearby....But it was such a lovely apartment and so clean! The beds were very comfortable, which is very important to me because I usually hate the beds in hotels....

Fab location, spotless apartment in heart of Edinburgh. Sprial stairs up to flat were a killer as 3 flights up. Only thing I could add is one bath towel per person isn't enough for a 2 night stay as I shower every day. Towels were great quality. Loved the window seat looking onto Riyal Mile. Highly recommend

The flat is in an ideal location for visiting the museums and galleries. Checking in was a little difficult as the light on our landing was out, so we were fumbling with the keys in the dark. The bedrooms were comfortable, but there is not much space for cooking and eating. There is no bath, just a small shower.

We loved this flat. From the moment we opened the door we knew we made the right selection. It was spotless and so welcoming. The location is magnificent and convenient to all shops, pubs and restaurants. Paul was very responsive to all questions we had. We can’t wait to return one day and would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I enjoyed our week long stay at this beautiful flat right on the Royal Mile! We enjoyed the location and it’s proximity to many excellent restaurants, pubs and New Town. We were pleasantly surprised at how many restaurants offered vegan and vegetarian options. Even being directly on the Royal Mile, we found the flat to be quiet as the bedrooms are located in the back. Andy was easy to deal with and provided some great tour suggestions to the Highlands and other great destinations within Scotland. Would highly recommend! As a side note, it is four flights up a spiral staircase to the flat. We treated it as our daily exercise so didn’t bother us at all!

We had a wonderful stay here in Edinburgh. Andy was amazing with communicating, and even let us check in early when our flight changed. I can't stress how great this location is. It is right in the thick of the city, in the best way possible. A very short walk to all of the major sites, yet it is high enough off the street so there is virtually no noise. The stairwell was a little rough the first day carrying up luggage, but overall not a big deal. The flat was very clean and beds were very comfy. We would definitely recommend staying here!

We liked the flat although the spiral staircase was a challenge with luggage. It also had no lighting on upper floors so was hard to see at night.
We had no hot water in the unit for one day and contacted the host. He proceeded to fix it that day, but we weren’t able to take showers before we headed out for the day.
Overall a nice place in a wonderful location.

This location can’t be beat! It was walkable to everything but noise was not a factor. The beds were comfortable and communication with the host was excellent. I’ll miss sitting in the window seat watching the activity on the street.

Amazing location
This place was beautiful, if you don’t like stairs though be warned I believe there are 69 to climb. We enjoyed our stay very much. Of course we arrived during the hottest days on record but the apartment wasn’t that bad. I had to contact the owner about a power issue and he got back to me fairly quickly. I highly recommend!

This was my first visit to Edinburgh, and it exceeded all of my expectations. We were amazed by the beauty of the city and this flat was the perfect location to explore it all! Andy has everything you will need in the flat to make your stay comfortable. With 2 large bedrooms and a very spacious living area/kitchen overlooking the Royal Mile, you are just steps from it all. We were able to walk everywhere, and we did! Check in was very easy as was the check out process, and Andy is readily available to answer any questions you have. I would highly recommend this property. We will be back! We fell in love with this gorgeous city and its wonderful people.

This was a great location on High St. Stairs are a little difficult to manage, but other than that, it was great! Easy access to coffee places and restaurants and fun to watch the activities on the street below. Love that we could walk out the door and find whatever we wanted!

This was our second time to stay in this charming flat on the Royal mile. We did not want to
Leave and in fact left a few personal items behind and were kindly contacted by the host so we could retrieve our belongings. The view from every room is perfect especially from the window-seat that overlooks the Royal mile.

Cosy home from home flat in Edinburgh Town
Andy's flat is very comfy and very clean and has everything you need for a stay in the city. It's within walking distance of the old and new town as well as the station. The beds are very comfortable and the whole place is beautifully furnished. Andy is a great host too. Very helpful and great communication. The stairs weren't a problem for us. We would gladly go back again and again.

Wonderful stay, apartment is very nicely updated with all conveniences. Large bedrooms with very comfortable beds. And the location can't be beat; easy access to transportation, top attractions and great restaurants.
