this house was a great stay but had bad problem with your a/c it went out on us on Wednesday and we stayed till friday maintenance came out to fix but was severely hot the night before he fixed it and all the ceiling fans have been removed from the home so we sat in the living room with stationary fans on us i dont think i would rent this home again needs upgrade badly

Lovely villa with a great pool, in a great location with 24 hour security which was good. Could do with new linen and towels, they were clean and fresh just a bit old but that’s just me being picky. Quick response from owner when AC stopped working on our last night, an engineer arrived the next day to fix it. Would definitely stay there again.

Lots of space. Great location in the neighborhood on a end lot. Close proximity to the theme parks. This VRBO is great for families and friend vacations.

This was the perfect home for us visit Orlando and Disney. It was easy to get to, conveinant to all shopping (walmart is a mile away), spacious (7of us), the neighborhood (gated) was safe and great for walking. The pool was awesome with tennis court and basketball court right behind it. The owner communicated quickly before the trip and while we were there when I reached out. He was very helpful and accommodating and I appreciated that so much. Would absolutely stay again!

One of our best VRBO stays in 15 years! Over our 34 day stay, we hosted a number of small extended family groups and there was lots of room to enjoy the house, the pool and deck, the pickleball courts across the backyard, the half basketball court adjacent to the pickleball courts, and the Lake Berkley community. What a terrific experience! Our master suite with the queen bed, LARGE powder room, self enclosed toilet, huge walk in shower, large sunken tub which could accommodate 2 adults or 2 supervised toddlers in our case LOL, and enormous walk in closet was such a treat. Inside the closet was a portacrib in great shape including a well fitted mattress with a new washable mattress cover. Our 18 month old grand daughter slept happily in it for 11 nights in the double bedroom. Our visitors who slept in the double bedroom, twin bedroom, and smaller second queen master suite were very happy and slept soundly. There was plenty of bedding for each bed in the house. There were plenty of towels for 8-10 people. There were LOTS soft bath towels, enough hand towels and facecloths, and floor mats for each bathroom. There were several plastic hangers in each closet which were a treat. The layout of the house was great for us and we wished we had the same at home in Canada. The pool deck was a great size and the heated pool was divine. The owner added an extra large table umbrella to the round table which was great. Michael was a super responsive kind owner!

Property was just as listed/described. Rooms and living space was clean. The kids loved the heated pool. Convenient washer and dryer. Kitchen had everything you need to make a meal. I would stay here again and definitely recommend.

The whole experience was wonderful. The house is just as nice as pictured. The pool was awesome! We walked to Walmart most every day and found beautiful, paved walking trails at Shingle River. Ken was very helpful and responsive when I had questions. I give him an A+. The gated community was safe and so well kept. I would definitely rent this house again!

We had the most amazing stay in Kens house. So close to EVERYTHING! Groceries, activities, Disney. The house was huge!! Perfect for large families...so much space. The heater for the pool was amazing especially for late night relaxing and dipping. We honestly just loved this property so much. Ken was reachable and personable. If I had to give a small criticism...a few little things could be updated like broken blinds, the stove is very dated and ringers aren't great, the tennis court and basketball net are for all of the resort so you have ppl right behind you all day long.....really just small updates but does not affect the stay at all!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! Highly Recommend.

You want to stay here. Check in process was easy. The house is near the front gate and easy to find. Pool was heated and good size. We stayed with 4 boys and there was plenty of beds and space for us all. We were 20 min from the Disney attractions so it was a nice easy drive in the morning and at night. The kitchen was nice and big. House had an the amenities I needed and whatever I needed to get i ran to Walmart which was a couple minutes up the road. Basketball and tennis was right in the backyard. We enjoyed every minute of our stay

This property was clean, spacious and a perfect villa for our holiday. The pool was just wonderful and was only overlooked on one side. The villa was well equipped for all our needs. We were 5 adults and there was plenty room for us all with a bedroom to spare. All our questions/requests to the owner were dealt with quickly and efficiently. We loved this villa and hope to return in the future.

Overall property was very nice. Central to Disney and Universal. Great communication from owner. Guard at gate smiled and waved every time we came in the gate. Pool was clean. Would rent again.

Our trip was great, check in with the guard was fast and easy. Location is close to Walmart and chic fila. About 20/25 mins to Disney depending on traffic. Pool was great. Tennis courts and basketball was in the backyard. Wifi was good.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The villa is spacious and located close to the theme parks. Shops & restaurants are also a short drive away. Communication was good & Ken was very accommodating when we needed to change our travel arrangements.

Beautiful house

This was a great house for us. The house and pool were both very clean. We appreciated the number of towels provided, as well as the cleaning supplies. The kitchen had plenty of plates, silverware and cooking pans. With the two living areas we had more than enough room. It was just great!

This place was a perfect spot as we were needing a place for 7 of us to stay. We were in Kissimmee for a jiu jitsu tournament and this spot was close to the venue and close to other attractions. Super glad we were able to cook Our meals instead of going out to eat constantly. The pool was a perfect touch for teens as it was hot-humid. Surprisingly they also took advantage of the tennis courts and basketball court behind the house. This is a perfect place to stay and super grateful for Ken. The check in process was easy enough, made friends with the security guard up front and made sure that she was good as she was super busy on some nights. Overall will stay here again if we are coming to a tournament or for vacation. Thank you so much.

Me and my partner had a great time staying at this villa. Lake berkley is a very clean, peaceful and secure gated community. It is in an ideal location close to all the parks and lots of restaurants. The only downside we had when staying here was communication.... we had an emergency one night when the AC stopped working and the villa was very warm. The villa phone does not work and as we were travelling from the UK we had to use our mobiles which costs a lot when abroad to get in touch with ken about fixing the AC. To kens credit he got maintenance to come out the next morning and fix the AC and before our vacation he was very friendly and always responded to my emails. I would advise anybody who is travelling abroad like myself to get international data allowance on you mobile while you are away as like i said the phone in the villa does not work and if you have an emergency like i did you will need it

The property is located in a prime location! Literally minutes from Walmart and other restaurants. Convenient to Universal and Disney! Ken was a gracious and accommodating host!

This was a last min trip and we found this listing (SCORE). Owner Ken was quick to respond and address a minor concern. Neighborhood was beautiful for an evening walk. I would definitely enjoy renting again but next time I’ll bring some family along to enjoy.

My husband and I stayed with our three daughters while one of them had a competition at Disney. The house is in a great location close to the parks and shopping and dining. We had plenty of space to spread out and the pool was awesome. We could have used a few more towels and some washcloths and handsoap, but we made do. We would definitely stay again!
