Il lussuoso LOFT EXECUTIVE LUMA nell'edificio LUMA - un nuovo condominio / loft di lusso nel cuore della città. Una facile passeggiata a Staples Center, LA Live!, MICROSOFT Square, la METRO e il Los Angeles Convention Center - dove potrai goderti molti ottimi ristoranti, cinema, eventi sportivi, concerti dal vivo, il Grammy Museum, ESPN Zone, il MICROSOFT Theater e il combinato JB Marriott / Ritz Carlton Residences proprietà. C'è una meravigliosa pasticceria danese proprio fuori dalla porta di casa, Starbucks proprio dietro l'angolo e ristoranti in tutte le direzioni. AEG, (il gigante dello sport e dell'intrattenimento) ha la sua nuova sede mondiale proprio dall'altra parte della strada nello storico edificio di Desmond. Puoi raggiungere a piedi il quartiere finanziario o della moda, l'Historic Core o andare dalla METRO agli Hollywood / Universal Studios o al Long Beach Aquarium. È bello avere un'auto, ma non è necessario per portarti qui ... Puoi prendere l'autobus di linea da LAX per Union Station e poi la linea METRO o una breve corsa in taxi fino all'edificio LUMA. Se hai un'auto durante la visita, il tuo parcheggio coperto personale per due veicoli è direttamente fuori dall'unità. Sentieri escursionistici, Universal Studios, Hollywood Walk of Fame e bellissime spiagge distano 20 minuti in auto. Disneyland e Knott's Berry Farm sono raggiungibili in 50 minuti di auto, e Legoland, SeaWorld, Balboa Park, Zoo di San Diego e SeaPort Village di San Diego distano solo due ore dalla costa della California. Il nostro loft si trova in una grande area del centro città dove è possibile incontrare star del cinema o filmare in un dato giorno. LUMA è un edificio ecologico certificato LEED.

The location was perfect, safe and within walking distance to the convention center (7 minutes fast walking). The kitchen is very well stocked and the place is very spacious considering it’s a studio. I was a single traveler and this place was perfect for that. Some things to be aware of:The noise of the street could be distracting if your a light sleeper. Bring your own shampoo/conditioner and body soap. They only have men’s Suave shampoo/conditioner in one and men’s body wash. Not a smart TV and no real TV channels to watch. No hangers in the closet. I was traveling on business and hangers are important to me. And there was no mattress pad on the bed. I also needed a receipt for my first charge for work and the host wouldn’t send it and stopped responding to me. I was nervous after that but they provided check in instructions at the right time.

Second visit to this property. I have always found all the essential needed for a carefree stay. The host is very responsive.I hope to revisit in the future!!

Paula’s condo was outstanding! It is a 1200 sq. ft. unit with a well-equipped kitchen and a full laundry room, which is ideal for longer stays. Paula’s condo is on the second floor in a secure building, with 2 tandem parking spaces on the same level, just steps away from the condo and the elevators to the lower level for street access. Both the garage entrance and the elevators require a key fob to access, so it is a very safe environment.The condo is literally 2 – 2 ½ blocks from the crypto.com arena and L.A. Live; and a short 5-7 minute walk to Ralphs, the local grocery store, and Ralphs has an underground parking garage, so you can even drive and park for free, to and from Paula’s condo. Given the parking spaces at Paula’s and close access to the freeways, her condo makes a very good home base for day trips along the Pacific Coast Highway or to Hollywood and the Beverly Hills.Paula is also a very responsive host who responds quickly to inquiries, unlike a lot of other hosts.I would highly recommend Paula’s condo and the whole L.A. experience. We have stayed at Paula’s twice now and we are already looking forward to our next stay!

Very clean property. Very easy to get in and out. Owner communicated often and clearly. Tremendous value for the price relative to the cost of a hotel room during a conference at the large venue up the street. Would absolutely stay here again.
