We have stayed in Newport Beach numerous times and this was by far our favorite house! With two stories, it is spacious, and the floor to ceiling windows provide unparalleled panoramic ocean views. Being on a street corner allows for extra air flow through the windows. The kitchen has everything you need, there were plenty of towels provided, and when we asked if we could use the chairs and boogie boards in the garage, we were permitted to do so with a quick response! Our kids loved the pool table, foosball and skee ball(?) and the tv upstairs is massive and was perfect for a family movie and jackbox games.The rates for this house are exceptionally good considering the size, views and location. Absolutely the best value in the area! That said, as other reviewers have mentioned, the interior is a little older, with a little bit of rust or peeling paint in spots, and the front windows had cute little handprints on them when we arrived, nothing a little Windex didn't clean up quickly though! So if you are someone who requires everything brand new it might not be for you, but seriously, who cares when you have such amazing views and space?! I really can't express how much we loved this place and hope to be back next summer!

Excellent house.

Wow. Nothing like waking up to see endless beach and ocean right from your house! Peaceful and So beautiful. Beds very comfortable. Lots of room. Pool table and fussball were a hit. kitchen nicely stocked. Lots of towels and beach chairs to use. One car garage was a life saver. House is Right between both piers. We will be back !
