The property was great! However, not exactly an all inclusive resort. Golf was available for an additional fee. The gym was available for an additional fee. However, the biggest mood killer of all, was a grilling area was listed in the amenities section. Upon arrival early we went shopping, for the kitchen. Later to find out there was no grill area. Lots of money wasted. BIG BUMMER!!

It was a nice condo overall. The rooftop deck was our favorite spot. The condo is showing wear and tear and needs some attention…painting, banged up walls, scratched paintings, etc.

Edgewater is wonderful very nice staff and this condo was very very nice the owner was very nice and communication was great !!! We will be back !! Pools were amazing !! And the Beach of course was beautiful 😍

This is a beautiful home at a great property with lots of convenient shopping and restaurants. The beach is amazing. Three bedrooms were each spacious. Highly recommend!

Nice Penthouse. Communication is excellent with host. Million dollar view. Was a nice stay. Needs new mattresses. Hard on the back. Hall bathtub/shower was not clean so was not used. Kitchen sink did not have hot water. Other than that it was great. I highly recommend.

The property was as described. The owner was quick to respond with responses when needed. The rooms were as nice. There were only a few problems. The 2nd bedroom closet door was off track and we were asked to put it back on track. Also they only left 2 trash bags for the kitchen. I asked if there were more in the kitchen and the response was no and he was sorry for the inconvenience. All in all the property was nice with a great ocean view of the beach/beach. I would only recommend bringing your own condiments if it’s more than 2 people.

Great location. The cookwear could use updating. The two skillets have lost most of their non stick coating. There were no hangers, so i bought a bunch at walmart and left them for the next guests. The loft was a great place to watch the sunset!

The owner only provided 2 rolls of toilet paper and one trash bag for the entire stay. We had to go and buy our own. Also, it was advertised as a 4 bedroom but is actually only a 3 bedroom. The third bedroom is up a very narrow staircase which made it very hard to carry luggage up, not to mention the fact that my son that stayed in that bedroom is on dialysis and we had to do an assemble line and carry things up the staircase. The master bedroom mattress was horrible. We had to take the thick mattress topper off and sleep on the actually mattress.The mattress on the bed upstairs was so bad that you could feel the slates holding the bed up. The furniture in the living room was very pretty but not comfortable at all.

The convenience and location is great. We were blown away by the view of the ocean and beaches along with the balcony access! Our trip was a girls trip/bachelorette trip for my best friend and we would all highly recommend this spot! It’s beautiful.

Despite the approaching hurricane Ian, we were spared! But the view from the condo kept us up-to date. Location location location can’t be beat for this property. Close to great places to eat. Try Mr Maines pizza. 2 blocks away. Hunts restaurant about 7 miles over the bridge. She’ll island was a disappointment. You will enjoy EDGEWATER and your stay for sure.

Checking in was effortless/painless. The views from the balconies were outstanding and the rooms were very clean. Our only complaint is that the living room furniture wasn’t all that comfortable to chill out on if watching movies. Wouldn’t want to sit on them for a long time, but we stayed by the pool or on the beach most of the time anyway. Would definitely rent again!

My only problem was the gate guards crusty unwelcoming attitude, EVERY.SINGLE TIME. we drove in the tower 3 gate WE NAMED HIM CRUSTY CRAB 🦀 🤣 BUT HEY AT LEAST WE KNEW WE WERE SAFE, CRUSTY WASNT GONNA LET ANYONE SNEAK IN THAT RESORT. The condo and resort itself were absolutely amazing. THE POOL. THE HOTTUBS. THE VIEW FROM OUR BALCONY. I got married here on the beach this past weekend, I had people from all 3 towers cheering!! I loved the bridge ride to and from our reception across the street! We loved
Oceans bar and grill! Had the most beautiful wedding I could ever imagine!! Late night pool adventures !! We loved the water fall!! Had to much fun. Felt like home. I would definitely stay at Edgewater again . CRUSTY guard and all I had the best time of my life. We love you Edgewater!

The owner was very helpful and responded quickly during booking and during our stay. He checked on us a couple days before the trip and during the trip. He answered all my questions and took care of all concerns. The room was very clean and well taken care of when we arrived. We will be rebooking and staying again! Highly recommend!

Loved the location and amenities. Stayed at a hotel the night before because we decided to add a day- much more comfortable at the condo. Upgrades were nice- loved the change to the master bath.
Owners were responsive to questions before our arrival and as always friendly.

Did eventually get pointed in the correct direction, unfortunately there was some miscommunication at the front desk as they did not have information for my arrival, therefore did not have vehicle passes. Retained a night stay over pass and was able to contact the owners to resolve the issue the following morning.
The unit in its self was great and what to be expected. Everything was clean and seemed to work properly. Being a top floor unit it was quiet with no disruptions. Ease of access was good, never ran into any issues with busy elevators. The pools, grill/bar, on site Starbucks and store were a hit. All in all after the initial check-in hiccup, it was a good unit and nice stay.

The listing was spot on and the condo was very nice and clean. I liked that they had nice towels which was a nice touch. The kitchen had everything we needed too! The only thing we didn't like was the beds. They were super uncomfortable to the point where my husband was tempted to sleep on the sofa. We sleep on Sleep Number beds so we knew ot wouldn't be that nice but they were definitely in need of replacing. Otherwise a perfect stay!

This condo is in a perfect beachfront location with gorgeous unobstructed gulf views. We were able to see dolphins, schools of fish and even stingrays swimming from the balcony before we headed down to the beach for the day! Having the beach service available was a huge plus for us since we flew and didn’t bring our own umbrella and chairs. The pools were refreshing and clean and overall we had a great time on this trip! We definitely would love to come back in the future. Thanks for a great stay Tommy!

We were able to see dolphins, schools of fish and even stingrays swimming from the balcony before we headed down to the beach for the day! Having the beach service available was a huge plus for us since we flew and didn’t bring our own umbrella and chairs. The pools were refreshing and clean and overall we had a great time on this trip!
