Osterville a Cape Cod. Piacevole casa in stile Cape Cod a un isolato da North Bay, appena fuori Bay Street. A piedi dal villaggio e dai negozi. Questa casa è stata rinnovata nel 2009 e 2013. I pannelli solari sono stati aggiunti nel 2017. Ecoturismo! La pagina Face Book è case vacanza a osterville.
Questa casa per non fumatori dispone di un'ampia camera familiare con zona pranzo. Soggiorno formale e zona pranzo. Cinque camere da letto, quattro bagni più sala giochi e bagno al piano inferiore. Quattro dei cinque bagni sono stati ampliati, rinnovati e completamente aggiornati. Aria e calore centrali a due zone. Ventilatore Attico. Proiettato in verande, terrazza lastricata, cortile recintato, terrazza della camera matrimoniale. Due camere da letto con porte francesi sul nuovo ponte. Bella cucina ben attrezzata. Lavanderia. Giardini maturi.

The house is warm and welcoming. It is easy to cook in the kitchen and enjoy all the amenities. This is our second time staying in the house and it was just as I remembered, lovely and comfortable.

My daughter was married at Nauticus Marina, a beautiful waterfront wedding venue in Osterville. This home is a short drive away and served as a way to house family members and guests from out of town. It is a wonderfully appointed Cape Cod home, very large and accommodating, with a small beach at the end of the road. We found all the comforts of home there, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We may well be back. I highly recommend this property and Rosalind was wonderful at communicating during our stay.

We really enjoyed our week stay at this massive and beautiful home in Osterville. We needed a large space with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms that was close to a wedding venue and this was perfect.
The back yard is beautiful. Perfect for grilling and playing outdoor games. The house has a homey feel and is stocked with everything you need. Even for a lobster boil! We were a little surprised by how much personal items of the owners were left out for guests to see. Lots of pictures of the family, books, photo albums, etc. We had a slight issue with the AC on the bottom floor but the owner responded right away and was able to help get it fixed. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back again.

We spent five days in Osterville at this lovely home that was perfect for our large family. The house abounds with porches, patios and decks. The master bedroom is an oasis in itself. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware. R. made us feel quite welcome. We walked each day into Osterville for our morning coffee at Amies. Overall, it could not have been better or easier.
