Spacious home for our group of 6 adult women
Great gathering spaces including the kitchen family room and patio. 4 full bathrooms, 5 bedrooms and 6 beds. We walked downtown and to many great restaurants and shop areas! Be sure to make dinner reservations ahead and visit Old Pink House, Collins Quarter and Common , if possible! Thanks for having us, we would happily stay again!

Our party of 8 enjoyed the spacious open kitchen and dining area to visit, share meals and play games. Grocery store around the block came in handy when the adult beverages ran out unexpectedly. Very walkable location in a historic residential setting!

Second time staying here. The location is perfect - close enough to everything but in a quiet neighborhood next to Forsyth Park. It’s a beautifully appointed house with lots of spaces for your group to gather. We all especially appreciated how well stocked the home was - plenty of paper products, cleaning supplies, etc. I highly recommend this property and will certainly stay here again if I come with a larger group.

Our family's recent 5-day stay at the VRBO in Savannah, Georgia, was a heartwarming experience despite the circumstances surrounding our visit for funeral services. The spacious 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home provided a comfortable and modern setting for our family of 9, equipped with all necessary amenities including WiFi, entertainment options, and a well-equipped kitchen for dining and meal preparation. Its updated modern style and comfortable sleeping arrangements added to the overall experience. The home's convenient location near downtown Savannah, within walking distance to Forsyth Park, Mrs. Wilkes House, and various other attractions, made it an ideal base to explore the city's gems. The unanimous agreement among all guests about returning to this home for future Savannah visits speaks volumes about the wonderful experience and comfort it provided for our family during a difficult time.

Bed linens were good but all the pillows were hard and not comfortable. The management company was great to work with and easy to get to reach.

There were ten of us…moms, daughters, granddaughters, and a sister-in-law. The house couldn’t have been more perfect and the location was perfect. We had a fabulous time and, as we scatter in our different directions to head home to Ohio, Texas, and North Carolina, we will carry many wonderful memories with us. Thank you so much!

Extremely comfortable and charming home. Plenty of space for everyone and the two living areas meant the early birds didn’t disturb the night owls and vice versa.

10 of us came to town for a family wedding and reunion. First trip to Savannah for most of us. House was as advertised. Middle floor was perfect for eating and visiting. Close to Forsyth park and a grocery story. We were able to walk everywhere! Highly recommend!!

This is a lovely property steps away from Forsyth Park. It’s very comfortable with it’s 6 beds. The owners/property managers have been very thoughtful in ensuring that most everything you need is available on the property. When we come back to Savannah we’ll definitely look to stay here again.

It was a lovely home. Each girl had own privacy. Was across street from Forsyth Park. We walked almost everywhere. The beds very very comfortable. Only suggestion would be to put strip of some kind on each step so you can distinguish end of step. Very easy to rent and checkin easy. Would highly recommend!!

We really enjoyed our three-night stay for our "destination Thanksgiving" at this property in the south historic district. It was conveniently located near a Kroger, as well as about a mile from downtown. Also, being a block away from Forsyth Park made it easy to enjoy the surroundings, and the area definitely felt reasonably safe. The property itself was in great shape, well-appointed with necessities and other amenities, and our entire family thoroughly enjoyed the stay! We highly recommend Parkside Place to any large family gathering staying in Savannah.

Fabulous house. It looks just like the pictures. We enjoyed the property until we found out that on our last day that it was on the route of the Veteran Day Parade on Abercorn St. We were not able to drive our car because both Abercorn and the side street was closed to traffic. While the parade was nice and we made lemonade out of lemons, we should have been informed about the parade when we booked the property. I would recommend but check for community events that could unexpectantly change your plans.

This is a nice home in a great area. We walked most places during our long weekend stay and enjoyed time at home to relax and catch up in the living room, kitchen, and outdoor patio area.

It is obvious that the owners of this property take a lot of pride in it. All the appointments that make it easy for a guest to enjoy themselves are in place. The kitchens have everything you need to take care of yourself. The bedrooms and baths are lovely and well taken care of. The location is unbeatable. We had a tremendous stay. Highly recommended!

Don't hesitate to rent this house! It has plenty of space for a large crowd. We came to Savannah for my a family member's wedding. My mom and brother stayed in the lowest (garden) level. Each had a bedroom and bathroom. Plus, there was a living area and kitchen for them to enjoy (they are early risers and didn't have to disturb anyone else at that time of the day). The one-car garage is also on that level, as well as an entry door to the street and a cute little garden area to sit and enjoy. The next level up has the HUGE kitchen, dining table area, living room area, half bath, and the outdoor porch/deck plus back deck with large table and grill. The top level has the very large master suite (bedroom and super nice bathroom with 2 large closets and a deck) as well as two other bedrooms (one with one bed; the other with 2 twin beds) that share a bathroom. There is also a washer and dryer on this level.
This house was in excellent shape and very clean. We had everything we needed. If you bring more than one vehicle, you will be able to find street parking without much of an issue. This location was perfect for us because it was one block from Forsyth Park (go eat breakfast at Collins on the Square there!!) and a couple of blocks from Kroger and Dollar Tree. We also enjoyed a cute little cafe called Mate' Factor - just another block or so beyond the Kroger.
I can't recommend this place enough. If you have a large group who needs plenty of space at a convenient location, you have found it!

Overall a very nice experience, a few minor items with the rental that were not working which will happen with any rental. We never used the grill since we seemed to eat out most of the time. We were gone 8 to 12 hours a day and used the rental as our gathering place at the end of busy days. We plan to come back next year and we will be looking for the same size place or larger, maybe Tybee Island area /

We had a group of 9 girls stay at Parkside Place which is on a Main Street near Forsyth Park. I wouldn’t say it’s on one of the nicer areas though but it was safe!The door code didn’t work so we had to call more than once. It is a long walk to downtown about 30 minutes but we were able to walk back and forth. If we were tired we just call Uber! Plenty of bathrooms for our group. Lucky Savannah was very helpful when we I talked to them prior to rental .. if I go back I would want to stay closer to town!
