Appartamento al primo piano completamente contenuto con un ingresso separato collegato ad una casa privata situata nel cuore di Horsham Twp. con una grande area living aperta. Come si apre la porta d'ingresso si vede dal soggiorno, con una bella scrivania e area di lavoro, nella cucina abitabile. Hai due camere da letto generose, bagno completo e solarium, recintato in un enorme cortile privato e ampio ponte posteriore. Caratteristiche cucina Piano cottura elettrico, frigorifero, forno a microonde, lavatrice e asciugatrice. Nel soggiorno avete 2 divani letto futon per zona notte supplementare. Offro la connessione Wi-Fi gratuita e caffè / tè gratuiti. Gli animali domestici sono considerati a pagamento. Returned to the Phila area after about 18 yrs away. This property was very conveniently located to many family and friends. It was a short drive from the train station to take SEPTA into the city. The house was immaculate and very comfortable. All in all a wonderful stay!

Spacious and clean accommodations. It was a "girls' getaway" and it was perfect for us. It's a convenient location. Very nice deck and large yard. No complaints.

We recently stayed at this property for 10 days of a two week trip to Northeast Pennsylvania for medical treatments for my wife. To say we were pleased would be an understatement. The property was spotless upon our arrival and had all the necessities, including coffee, that we needed. Very private and quiet with a huge deck with table, chairs and a gas grill that we unfortunately were not able to use due to rain almost the entire time we were there. Centrally located to many fine restaurants, shopping and movie theaters. We wished we could have stayed longer than 10 nights, checking into a hotel was letdown. We definitely recommend this property and will attempt to book again ourselves should it become necessary to return. The only thing I would change about the property would be the mattress on the king sized bed. For my wife and many others it is great, but for me with a back it was much to firm. The queen mattress in the second bedroom suited me me quite well.

Our host was always available. He quickly responded to any questions/issues we had during our stay. However, our rating was lowered due to the following: unit advertises a washer and dryer, which had obviously been out of order for some time. We were limited to using the adjacent property's machines (which required 3.75 in quarters) for each load, and the machines were only available when the adjacent unit was not occupied. My husband was just discharged from a hospital after a major surgery, so access to a laundry facility was extremely important. There is no dishwasher. Property could use major updating. We chose this for the location/convenience, but aside from the owner's helpfulness, we would not recommend.
