È proprio in città e vicino alla spiaggia nord. Il cottage in stile chalet è una casa a due piani bella, luminosa e confortevole che può ospitare facilmente 7 persone. The property is in a great location and the island is quiet and very peaceful. The house is clean and has everything you need. The locals are really friendly. The night sky is amazing.

First time to Beaver Island and we had a blast celebrating our 23rd wedding anniversary. House was in a perfect location, very clean and was extremely well equipped with everything that you would need. Becca does a great job with communicating. We will definitely be back and would love the opportunity to stay at Sunny Oaks again.

We couldn't have asked for a better experience at Sunny Oaks. Host communication was great right from the start. The location is perfect. The house was great for a 4-person stay. If/when we return to Beaver Island I would absolutely stay here again.

Lovely cottage location a short walk from the boat launch and town. The cottage is a well updated and maintained place with a cozy atmosphere that made me want to stay longer. A short walk to the pub, the deli and grocery store, or into town. People are very friendly and there is lots to explore on the island.

Clean, well-kept home with great amenities on BI in a great location. We enjoyed the front porch with our coffee every morning, grilling out dinner every evening and our nights by the fire pit. This is our 3rd year at one of Bryan & Becca’s properties and the first time at this property in particular. Can’t wait to come back to BI next summer!

We had the best time here. The house was the perfect setup with truly everything we needed. The location was really wonderful being walking distance from most things we did. We enjoyed cornhole at the house and just sitting on the front deck. It was so peaceful, clean and the decor was so pretty. We can’t wait to stay again in the future!

We had great, relaxing stay at this house! It was in walking distance of the town and fit our family of four perfectly. The hosts were very responsive to any messages and the house was very nicely stocked for cooking and fun indoor and outdoor activities.

Six members of our Book Club traveled to Beaver Island to learn more about the history regarding James Jesse Strang who was known as the King of Beaver Island in the 1850’s. He was the subject of the “King of Confidence” one of our book selections this past year. In addition to the convenience of having a place that was within walking distance of the town of St. James, the Toy Museum and the Lighthouse.
The home was comfortable, beautifully decorated, and well stocked. We especially enjoyed our front porch cocktail hour and biking around the island with the bikes provided by the hosts. I would highly recommend Sunny Oaks for families, groups of friends, or history buffs who are interested in getting the most of the Beaver Island experience.

Home is clean and bright with plenty of room to spread out. Very well appointed, with all towels and bedding provided. Nice large and bright bathroom. Great kitchen with plenty of cooking utensils and pans, and nice appliances. Loved the large loft area! Really spacious front deck with plenty of seating. A large family of turkeys frequented the property when we were sitting outside, which was nice to see. Enjoyed the close proximity to town, everything is within walking distance. The owner is very pleasant, and responsive to all inquiries/emails. We very much enjoyed our stay, and would not hesitate to stay here again!

Cute house with all a small family or a group of friends would need. The grocery/brewery/Cafe are easily walkable as is the waterfront. Clean, well appointed break from the craziness of the mainland.

Perfect location with the cozy atmosphere.
Right by the downtown spots while being just a few blocks off the main strip. Lots of space inside and outside for eating, drinking, or just hanging out. Super clean and the hosts are great at communicating with the guests.

The house was a perfect spot for our family of four. It was exceptionally clean and provided all the necessary amenities (towels, bedding, stocked kitchen, laundry, etc.), and additional perks (fire pit, grill, Cornhole, etc.) for our stay on Beaver Island. There is a beautiful enclosed outdoor porch, too! We were close to town (short walk or even shorter car ride) and the house is nicely secluded on the quiet, safe and cozy island. We couldn't recommend this property any higher. We plan to make a return visit again!
