Awesome beachfront and beautiful covered porch to take in the view!

Beautiful space, plenty of beds...ocen views, great location and beach!!We will be back.

It is a nice beach cottage. The property is right on Salisbury beach. It even has a fenced back yard if you want to be outside and have a little privacy.

It was nice but we weren’t impressed. Dawn was responsive and nice and the beach access was definitely nice but the place was quite old. We knew ahead of time but not having bed sheets or bath towels provided was odd. It can fit 12 people but all bedrooms are upstairs and one bathroom downstairs. Walls are insanely thin. The bathroom shower spout is falling apart. Still works but falls off. It doesn’t clog drain so it was hard to give my son a bath and the pressure was super light for showers. The kitchen is outdated so we couldn’t figure out how to use the oven. No dishwasher. No heat (was cold this weekend). We bought a truck and had to fit half in garage and half out. Couldn’t fit with cross street parking and very little space in front of garage so smaller SUVs or sedans are the only vehicles that fit. The check out and check in instructions were different from app to what was inside. We paid over 100 cleaning fee but were asked to clean with “provided cleaning products” before we left. The beach access is very nice but for how old the place is (and very small for how many people it can sleep) it wasn’t what we thought it would be.
