La nostra pensione separata è il luogo ideale per godere della tranquillità di una vacanza in paradiso sull'isola, pur essendo situata nel cuore di Sarasota. La casa è uno storico di metà secolo Ralph Twitchell moderno, completamente ristrutturato con i più moderni comfort, open space di 2000 piedi quadrati, cabina doccia e cucina gourmet. Potrai godere dell'accesso all'acqua con pesca o prendere il sole dalla nostra banchina privata con kayak sulla tranquilla Baia di Robert, o mosey fino alla spiaggia. L'accesso privato a un campo da tennis di classe mondiale e la vostra piscina privata in questo esclusivo cul-de-sac dell'isola rendono l'atmosfera imbattibile. Nota: è richiesto un minimo di 2 notti. Durante l'alta stagione sono necessarie 5 notti di soggiorno, a meno che la struttura non sia aperta lo stesso giorno o lo stesso giorno della prenotazione.

The property was perfect for our too short weekend getaway! This home has everything you could possibly want or need. The host was very accommodating. Will definitely be back.

pictures do not do house justice on just how spacious, clean and comfortable it really is. By far the best "stocked" VRBO we've ever stayed in ( and we travel a lot)...didn't really need to bring anything other than our personal items and clothes. Check-in with Brett was effortless and informative. He provided great suggestions for dining and activities and was always available to assist with bikes, kayaks, etc....really takes pride in this property and seems to sincerely want residence to enjoy a wonderful stay....will most definitely return.

Brett is a great host. We saw dolphins twice from his dock on Robert’s Bay while enjoying the sunset. Location can’t be beat. Relaxing and easy access to Siesta Key Beach, St Armand’s Circle and Sarasota restaurants.

We enjoyed the home very much. Brent was great! Can’t say enough good about him as a host! My daughter slammed her fingers in the sliding door- and he was right there with a first aide kit and where we could take her and check in on her too! The family enjoyed the heated pool. We had a number of amazing dinners that we grilled out. Morton’s market is a wonderful place to buy great food! An enjoyable experience and loved the location! Nice and quiet. The guys got out kayaking and really enjoyed that too. You can’t go wrong here.

Brett was very accommodating as he lives behind the rental. Loved the canoes that came with the property, also the tennis court and pool. Beautiful neighborhood and close to the beach and many restaurants. The house has everything you need.

My husband and I were very happy staying at this property. Our hosts, Brett & Cyndi were wonderful. Brett was always available to help us with any questions that we had (primarily with the streaming tv service). The house was well stocked and everything was in good working order. The location and neighborhood were perfect! Loved this location—very easy to be in downtown Sarasota in 10 minutes. The only drawback for us was that the only tv in the house was located in the bedroom but Brett graciously offered to move it into the living room for us which was perfect. The pool, tennis court and dock were all plusses. I would highly recommend this property!

We really enjoyed our stay! The property was clean and Brett was a great host. We saw dolphins while kayaking in the bay behind the house and even renewed our wedding vows for our 10th anniversary. Definitely recommend and would stay there again!

Great property with a very attentive and experienced host. House is in a great location for enjoying both the Siesta Key beaches and the city of Sarasota. Host has thought pretty much everything one could need to get the most out of your stay. House has a ton of character while also being well equipped with lots of modern amenities.

This super nice home was perfect, since it was so convenient to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Hosts were wonderful and thought of every detail, providing everything you could ever need, and giving us lots of helpful information about things to do in the area. Having our own private pool was fun and we wished we could have stayed longer.

Fantastic stay!
Brett was able to accommodate us for same day checkin and we are so thankful! The house is great and had everything we needed. Brett checked in with us regularly to make sure we didn’t need anything. Would definitely stay again next time we visit SK!

A decent swimming pool that the kids loved. What must be one of the best tennis courts in all of Florida. Great kayaking - we spotted dolphins, manatees and interesting birds. A decent swimming pool that the kids loved. What must be one of the best tennis courts in all of Florida. Great kayaking - we spotted dolphins, manatees and interesting birds. Good fishing right from the dock at sunset . The house is on a quiet street and is a very central location for those who wish to explore Sarasota's best beaches, great restaurants and the Circle. Slice of Heaven!
We Loved our stay at this property… it has everything you could want! From the informative checkin process to the fluffy white towels; to the clean, crisp sheets; to the completely stocked gourmet kitchen; to the plentiful hot showers with all the necessities; to the welcoming heated pool; and the beyond compare covered tennis court, our stay was amazing and we will most definitely be booking again! Thank you for a wonderful stay, Brett and Cindy, your hospitality was exceptional.

We had a wonderful, relaxing time in Bay Isle. Brett and Cyndi were such good hosts. The house is lovely, we enjoyed the pool and the beach and various restaurants and music venues while there. We enjoyed finding a small patch of public beach nearby instead of the larger public beach. It was windy so didn’t get to kayak there, but they have several kayaks to choose from. We took an overnight trip to Silver Springs and kayaked. The house is VERY well supplied with basic needs and the owners are next door for questions. Recommend highly!

Very nice place.
this two bedroom unit is a guest house adjacent to the owenr's house in an excellent neighborhood on Bay Island, Siesta Key, in Sarasota. There is a heated pool for guest only use and guests have accss to a spectacular tennis court. The owner, Brett, was incredibly helpful and welcoming. A wonderful place if you do not need room for more than four people.

Weekend getaway
Our stay here was nothing ordinary. Brett, the owner, made sure we had everything we needed and did everything to make our stay worthwhile! The location was close to everything despite it being more residential. The beach was just a few minutes drive. We were lucky the weather was nice while there so we got to go to the beach. There are so many things you can do in the area, from kayaks to fresh seafood restaurants. Even if you do decide to stay, there’s a private pool, tennis and basketball court right outside the house. The house was super tidy which we really loved, it felt like we never left home. This isn’t like the typical condo rentals, everything was an upgrade and you’ll just fall in love with the architecture of the house- which for me was the highlight of our stay. 🙂

Brett was wonderful!! My family loved the pool, tennis court, basketball court and the kayaks. The house was clean and beautifully redone. Came stocked with all the essentials one would need. There were beach chairs, umbrellas and towels all supplied that we weren't expecting. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Amazing House
Brent was amazing. Our flight was delayed coming in. He was ready for us to arrive. House was very nice for a family of five. We had great time. The kids enjoyed the pool, tennis and basketball court. House was fully stocked with everything we needed to stay. Communication was excellent. We will be back again.
