Così vicino all'oceano puoi praticamente sentire il ritmo delle onde mentre ammiri le rilassanti viste sull'oceano dai vasti balconi al largo del primo e del secondo livello di questo storditore dei Pini del Mare. In basso c'è molto spazio per distendersi, distendersi e godersi il sole intorno alla piscina privata. All'interno troverai uno spazio abitativo spalancato con tonnellate di luce che filtra attraverso finestre e lucernari di grandi dimensioni. Nel marzo del 2019 sono stati completati ampi lavori di ristrutturazione che includono nuovi pavimenti e mobili e un bagno completamente rifatto.

The house was lovely, offered bikes and games and a great location, just a short walk to the beach —> so long as there is no construction going on. The house was surrounded by construction vehicles everyday, (new home being built next door), vehicles parked up on the side yard and all the way around the house, congested the walkway to the beach with trailers and porto-potties, so getting to the walkway was near impossible. Lots of loud noise through the daytime hours while they worked so napping was out. Nothing management could have done about that, but it greatly influenced our trip. Plenty of space, great kitchen and lots to do on the island. Thank you!

1 Brown Pelican is a beautiful house. Even though we had a small group (5 adults and a child), it could have accommodated more very easily and comfortably. Everything was just as we expected, so no surprises. It was very convenient to get to everything at Sosuth Beach.
We will probably stay there again.

This house was is the perfect location! Management was 1000000% amazing! House wasnt equipped with much; so if youre staying here plan to bring spices etc! Grill, pool, beach everything amazing!

1 Brown Pelican was a perfect COVID-safe gathering place for our family. We enjoyed long walks on the beach, biking, tennis -- there were just so many things we could do. The house was even prettier than the photos!

Another great vacation
The home was beautiful, spacious and just right for our group. The walk to the beach was super easy as was the walk to South Beach. Everything was updated and the beds were super comfy. The weather was superb and it was another great week at Sea Pines....our favorite place.
The only suggestion I have is to add more cooking utensils and pots/pans to the kitchen. Highly recommend this home.

The location was great! Just a short walk to the beach. Plenty of room for everyone in the house. I would however suggest that a tv in each bedroom would make a nice upgrade. We did notice Some cobwebs and did kill a couple of spiders . Also the refrigerator didn’t have an ice maker that worked. The pool area was really nice but the water was too cold to be able to get in. But I’m sure in the summer months it would be great! Some of the house is a little dated but over all we had a wonderful time !

Loved the pool and deck area. House wasn’t very clean, there was dust, wasps, spiders and cobwebs, pool hadn’t been cleaned that day. Property needed updating. Location was really good.

Dream home vacation with beautiful views and so close to the Ocean!
