Alan, the host, was fantastic and super responsive! He checked in every day to see if we needed anything and was very accommodating. The house is gorgeous and minutes away from the parks. Would recommend this property to friends and family!

Alan was awesome from the get go. He offered to just on a quick call to let us know where things were and give a quick audio of the layout pf the home and qhere to find the most importent stuff. The house was clea. And had everything we wanted. The pool and hot tub were wonderful after a day at Disney and the BBQ area was amazing.
The only thing I will note is there were several mosquitoe bites so be sure to have things that repel the bugs. We definitely want to stay at Alans again. Thanks Alan for a wonderful SoCal visit.

The first problem has already been taken care of. pictures of beds in rooms were misleading. Today while reviewing the bill I found he charged us $45.00 per night for over 10 guests. our contract says $35.00. That is $180.00 over what the contract says.

Host, Alan, was communicative and friendly. It has plenty of rooms for kids and extended family, great activity and outdoor area. Clean and cared for. Great accommodation overall. Lots of cameras around the property in all outdoor areas. Parking is limited with only 1 car allowed on the street and the provided space in the alley proved to be difficult for our larger sized vehicles.

The house is amazing. It has everything you can possibly need. It is very spacious and has all the rooms you need. My family had a great time relaxing and enjoying the pool. The house was clean and everything in order. It was an excellent experience for the whole family. I would highly recommend it.

The house had a great layout with lots of bedrooms, bathrooms and beds to accommodate our group. House was perfect for our group of 11 and very close to Disneyland. Enough room for parking for two of our cars. Great house!

House had more then enough room for my family of 6. Having a pool and nice spa to relax in after walking for miles at Disney is a must. Lots of fun in the garage playroom. Quick Uber rides to Disney and close to stores and restaurants. The kids had enough space to stretch out upstairs. Would love to stay again.
As they note in the posting, cameras out front and out back and in the garage as well. Would like to see a few more window coverings downstairs. It’s great during the day to have the windows.

We had a lovely stay at this Vrbo It is centrally located, very close to Disney and only 10 minutes from Knott's Berry Farm. Lots of space for the family to sit and share meals or hang out in the yard.

The property was nice. The pool, hot tub and game room were as advertised. A little hard to get the door open at check-in but with a quick call that was taken care of.

Alan's place was a perfect escape at the end of the day. We had my 7 adults and 1 child come for four nights to come to the mouse-themed park. We all had plenty of room to spread out and unwind at the end of the day. We only had time to use the jacuzzi once but it was a treat after walking around all day. There was a big game room that we didn't get to use either and a cute corn hole that would have been great if we had the time and it wasn't raining. We were pleasantly surprised that this was the best-stocked kitchen for a vacation rental that we have ever stayed at. It was only about a $7 each way to Disneyland which was still cheaper than renting a car and parking at the park. On the last day, my mom realized there was also a stroller that we could have been using instead of renting one at the park each day. The towels were plenty and the water was hot. Not much more we could have asked for with the bonus of it being a gorgeous house. I would highly recommend this spot.

My family and friends enjoyed our stay here for Disneyland. It was a short drive around 5 minutes to Disneyland which is very convenient. The house was fairly modern, with a copious amount of living space were we could spend time, and the rooms were great, since we can pile all the kids together. The kids enjoyed their stay together in the room with two bunk beds. The entertainment amenities, pool table, swimming pool, and table tennis helped in prying the kids away from their devices, and it was refreshing to see them play. The parking in the back was manageable, even for our large SUV, and we were thankful that there was a permit for street parking. Overall, 10/10 I would stay here again.

We all (11 adults) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Eleven adults, 3 day park hoppers and zero “Magical Meltdowns”. The main reason we avoided any meltdowns was the fact that the house was an amazing and relaxing getaway from the theme parks, yet close enough for the younger adults to walk (Us older adults used Uber for about $6 each trip). Most of the group took breaks from the parks and re-energized in the pool or hot tub. The house also offers a very nice game room set up!
Enough bathrooms to accommodate all of us trying to get to the park for the opening “rope drop”.
This house has sooooo many highlights, but without a doubt the best aspect of this rental was our host Alan!!!
Alan was welcoming and very accommodating for all of our needs (we had a change or two before the trip and Alan was very responsive)
We definitely look forward to coming back for another stay!!!!

We had a great stay in this beautiful house. It is very large, so we were able to have generations of family together with no one feeling crowded. The kids loved the heated pool, too. The owner was very helpful in answering any questions. Only issue is that it is a little far to walk to Disney with kids. We were able to Uber, though, which was just cheaper and easier than parking at Disney.

We had a great stay in this home and used the game room and the hot tub and pool. The owner was very responsive to our questions. Very spacious. Short drive to Disneyland. We would stay there again. The home had everything we needed. We liked the neighborhood a lot too.

The house is beautiful and roomy. The hot tub and pool are well maintained. It was perfect for the 3 adults and 6 teens we had with our party. The walk to Disney is very short about a half mile straight down Walnut. The house was furnished with everything you could ask for and more. There was only two issues we ran into, first the grill is very dirty and the striker does not light all the burners, and second which was our fault but should be noted somewhere in the instructions, do not park on the street in fron of the house with or without permit on Thursday’s between noon and 4 due to street sweeping. There is a sign about a block and a half away but not in the block this house is located in. It’s a 40.00 ticket.
Other than those minor issues it was fabulous and much more then expected.

Property was clean and had almost everything we needed for the trip. Lots of towels, we loved the pool and spa. The front room was big enough for the whole family of 12, loved it!! Parking was a bit tight, only room for 3 cars so we had to park extra cars at a separate house around the corner. Location was close to Disneyland but not close enough to walk. We were sad most of the patio table chairs were ripped and couldn't sit in them but overall, we loved the house and would stay there again.

Our family took an extended vacation from East coast to Hawaii. On way home a stop over in LA for Disneyland. House was perfect for our family. We were 3 generations but all adults. Lol.
Alan could not have been any friendlier and helpful. House was a short Uber ride to Disney. The bbq and backyard pool were perfect on our rest days. If we make it to the west coast again would definitely stay here again. Thank you Alan

WE LOVED everything about the house, experience, location and our interaction with Alan. No complaints. Exactly as advertised and that made our trip perfect. The jacuzzi connected to the heated pool was a highlight. We WILL go back.

The property was great for us (9 people). Enough rooms for everyone. Great to have a private pool and hot tub. We enjoyed the ping pong table too. We'd stay again and recommend it to anyone.
We had a couple of small issues, but Alan was very responsive.
Don't rely on the ART (Anaheim Regional Transportation) bus to get to and from Disneyland; it is very unreliable.)

Awesome property! Awesome host. Fully recommend . Great place to come to after long day at park. My 11 year old actually wanted to leave Disneyland early to come back and swim.

This house couldn’t have been better. Wish it was .5 mile closer to Disney, but if you wanted it was about a mile walk. I dropped my family off and then jogged back. The house was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable enough and Alan was kind to work with. Definitely will stay here again!

This was the perfect place for us and such a quiet neighborhood. We had a large group and everyone was able to stay with us and have their own bedroom. It was wonderful. We will definitely try to book this same home next time we come back!

My fiancé and I really enjoyed our recent rental experience. Alan is super responsive and provided great information about the house and check in instructions. I loved the jacuzzi after running the surf city half marathon. So close to Disneyland and we enjoyed that as well. Our adult kids couldn’t make it on the trip. This rental is so perfect for families with children. We really enjoyed it!! I am a BIG kid too in my 40’s!!

The property fit our group perfectly. It was clean, had all that we needed. The pool and spa were wonderful. We could watch the fireworks from the house which everyone enjoyed. Alan was very helpful. Thanks for the stay!

The house is perfect for our size of family- 4 couples and 2 babies Close to restaurants and parking for 3 cars. Huge kitchen and dining area. Very nice pool and a large outdoor grillWe really enjoyed it stay and Alan was on top of anything we needed. We did not go to Disneyland, but if you are, it will be a perfect location.
