Great spot between SLC and Utah County
Our family enjoyed our stay at the town house. It was a perfect spot to do activities in the mountains, desert, SLC and or Utah County.

Great stay! Trisha responds quickly to any messages. (Didn’t have any problems, just general questions about the area)... very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again ! Beautiful drive to Snowbird and into Salt Lake.

Great Family Stay
Very cute townhouse with enough space for everyone to spread out and also great family living areas for being together. We stayed here for Christmas and really enjoyed! Location was also perfect up in the mountains of Draper away from everything but close to any stores, dining areas, and skiing/snowmobiling.

The townhouse was great! Very roomy, comfortable and had everything we needed and more! We loved the location as it was in short walking distance to where we needed to go. We have nothing negative to say about it and if we ever need a place to stay in Draper again, we will definitely rent this townhome again.

Perfect for our needs
Tricia was very responsive and accomadated our needs. The condo was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. We skied alta 5 days in a row. It took us about 40 minutes to get there so the location was good. All necessities are near by. Draper is a very nice suburb of salt lake. The drive up the mountain to the condo is stunning. Would rent a gain. Thank you tricia!

Very Comfortable Townhome For A Family
We stayed at this townhome from Feb. 12-19, 2019. There were 6 adults and 1 six month baby. It was a very comfortable set up with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms along with 3 stories of living. The finished basement with bath worked out perfectly for dealing with a crying 6 month old during the night. We just slept down there so the rest of the family did not have to be disturbed. The wrap-a-round couch is very comfortable. This is at the top of the mountain so we had snow every day. They do have someone come plow the roads and the driveways in this neighborhood. We only heard the neighbor's dog once. It is a very quiet neighborhood. There is a huge Smith's grocery store just down the mountain in Lehi. Along with gas stations, fast food, shopping, etc. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked quite well. We were able to eat in several evenings using the pots, pan, dishes, etc supplied. The only concern we had was that there was no bathroom on the main floor. You either had to go to one of the two bathrooms on the top floor by the bedrooms or to the basement bathroom. Also if you split up the bedrooms and bathrooms among your guests, one couple has to go from the top floor bedroom to the basement for the 3rd bathroom. Otherwise, this townhome was great. You have a single car garage to park in. Great when you have snow everyday. That way you don't have to scrape off your car before going anywhere. We were all happy with this rental.

Clean property with everything we needed!
This condo is located on beautiful Traverse Mountain with easy access to SLC and Provo. We really enjoyed the hiking trails!

Second Stay
This was the second time we have stayed in this home and it has worked out perfectly for us both times. We like that we can put young ones to bed upstairs and the adults can go to the family room in the basement where there is plenty of room to hang out and play games without worrying about waking up the kids. The scenery in the area is just beautiful, and the owner is responsive and accommodating.

Very clean and close to town - all the amenities were available and were in great working order
We had a great experience where we stayed! There are hiking trails within walking distance. The setting is in a quiet neighborhood-we had no issues at all. The place was clean! Train station parking is a 5 minute drive so you can park there and take the train downtown. I highly recommend this place for large families. The owner Is very responsive and accommodating! Thanks! We would stay again!

Lovely Setting
This home is in a beautiful setting; lovely views and great walking trails. There is plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is well stocked and adequate seating and beds for everyone. We enjoyed our stay.

Very comfortable, the views of the valley on the way to and from the condo are spectacular. A tv on the main floor would be a nice addition.

Quiet area on mtn, close to shopping, comfortable and spacious
2 gas fireplaces, comfortable basement sitting area. Kitchen area had high table and low couches, both were a little uncomfortable. 1 tv in the basement. Overall great stay! Recommend!
