La proprietà è abilmente separata in 2 edifici distanti circa 10 metri. L'edificio A ha 4 camere da letto e l'edificio B ospita l'area club per attività ricreative, cucina e lavanderia. A causa della separazione strategica i mattinieri non saranno disturbati da coloro che desiderano un inizio precoce e di notte le persone del partito non dovranno sentirsi in colpa per disturbare coloro che hanno bisogno di tutto il resto possibile.
L'edificio A è di 2 livelli. Ogni livello ha 2 camere da letto ben arredate. Ogni camera dispone di un'unità a / c con ventilatori a soffitto. (I fan in piedi sono disponibili su richiesta). Ci sono 2 letti matrimoniali per camera. I bagni dispongono ciascuno di doccia, WC e doppi rubinetti.
Edificio B. La club house dispone di un ampio spazio ricreativo per qualsiasi attività indoor che si possa desiderare. C'è una stanza di polvere in allegato. La cucina è grande con piano cottura e forno, lavastoviglie, microonde, tostapane, macchina per il caffè, stoviglie e utensili. La lavanderia ha una lavatrice e asciugatrice di dimensioni commerciali.
A causa dell'elevazione della proprietà con le grandi verande / cortili, sia nelle camere da letto che nella club house sarete benedetti con viste meravigliose.

The place is amazing. Lourey is an excellent host.

Great location with lots of room with lodging building and club house building. Great views of the water. Extremely good snorkeling across the street in front of the abandoned hotel. (Very close to Mims Boat Rental and Exuma Market and most restaurants.)

We had a great time visiting Exuma and staying at this lovely property. We traveled from the States with two families. There are four bedrooms in a separate building, each with their own bathroom, spacious clubhouse with kitchen, huge great room with bar, lovely terrace with incredible view overlooking the beautiful gardens and the aquamarine bay and also a private pool with chairs overlooking the water. The rooms and clubhouse were clean and fresh. The property owner and her family were lovely to work with, good communicators and available for questions and any issues.
We walked to George Town and also The Fish Fry. The Queens Highway is quite busy. We would recommend a rental car. We rented a boat for the week and there is a small private beach across the road from the house where we pulled in and picked up our family members each day. We toured the area each day in the boat, visiting many beautiful islands, restaurants and snorkeling areas. We look forward to our return visit.
