Beds were comfy, and nicely presented with fresh towels and soap, good space
The place was dirty, there was lights hanging off ceilings, water was leaking through ceiling right next to fire alarm, not one toilet seat was correctly secured to toilet base, hot water didnt work correctly, floor was sinking at door

It was a good size . OK for 1 night .
It's a lovely property but tired and in need of a lot of repair. Broken toilet seats , scruffy looking. But clean and OK for 1 night expensive for 1 night too.

A well cleaned spacious house with 3 bathrooms, free WiFi, enough space to move around the kitchen and other rooms, away from the high street, had a silent night for good sleep.
Good communication from the owner before and after our staying. I left my watch, staff found and return to me. Can't see any reason to give anything less then 10*.
Will be happy to visit again.

A large group of us stayed for 1 night, the cost was cheap so it was reasonable for the price paid. Large building, plenty of rooms and beds.
Quite dirty, blocked drains, a lot of damage to the house e.g. broken tiles, scuffs on walls, damaged bins etc.

very close to town centre
property had an ant issue as soon as we walked in. upstairs bathrooms shower had mould round the whole shower area. en suite bathroom shower caused leak in downstairs area every time it was use. Kitchen floor is pretty badly smashed up from previous attendants.

A clean, comfortable property.
We were told to pay a £150 security deposit (which wasn’t specified at time of booking) on the day we checked in. While we got this back and the staff where transparent about when it would be paid back (and it was promptly) this caused us a degree of annoyance at the very last minute when we had already arrived in the city.

there was ants crawling on the dining table and many broken things in the property, holes in in the walls, broken furniture, mould in the shower etc. the property looked nothing like it’s pictures

Calm, peaceful neighborhood, suitable for Muslim brothers. Great for group travelers or family trip . Nearby shops and places to eat (Halal). Last minute booking but owner still offered good hospitalities.
30 minutes walk from Newcastle City Centre, however already stated in the ads and can book Uber or Taxi (average 6-8 GBP). Pricey in the weekends, manageable if you plan your stay wisely!

Very grateful for a large property on great north run weekend after being gazumped from another property.
Owner was responsive to requests.
Easy bus route into town.
it needed some TLC,
wi fi did not work but to be fair we were not in apartment very long and did not seek help.
Only 2 coffee mugs.
Even allowing for great north run was very expensive for what it was.

Good quality facilities to occupy a group of 8, beds were comfy, everything was clean and maintained up to a good standard
1 bathroom was out of service on visit, with 8 lads made it slightly difficult, some parts are slightly starting to date but nothing major

Friendly service. House are clean and nice. Everything is very good. Will definately stay again and recommend to friends and collegues.

Size of the house,
Place, especially kitchen wasn't clean. Fridge and dishwasher were absolutely disgusting. We had to clean ourselves to be able to use it. We had to wash all dishes before we use as weren't clean. In bathrooms bad smell when you use - drain issues. All windows dirty, definitely weren't clean for long. Dust on stairs, lamp in living room.
On departure day (before 10am, dep time was 11am) someone came to the house to change the carpets and were surprised that we are there.
House have really big potential to be very nice place but nobody bother to clean before guest arriving.

Other than locations Nothing really
It was poorly maintained. 2nd floor both commode rest were broken. There were some pictures frames which were on the floor not a single picture were hanging. Ground floor toilet exhaust fan was not working. Bed smell were in the kitchen as bin were over loaded with rotten food which were placed outside just in front of kitchen window. In room and lobby there was no curtains in some windows.

The host kept in touch by telephone and gave me easy instructions on how to access the property and the facilities within.
Couldn’t work out how to use the oven (the kids) wanted pizza)

Value for money. The apartment was good for the rate that it was at. Good if you’re going to Newcastle for a night out. Location fairly close to centre.
The apartment isn’t in the best area. The front door key also didn’t work from the outside.
