Benvenuti a Cape's Maryland! Cape St. Claire, cioè. A breve distanza in auto dal centro di Annapolis, con tutta la pace che deriva dal guardare gli uccelli che circondano l'acqua dalla comodità del ponte o delle finestre che si affacciano sull'acqua.
Una deliziosa casa singola con 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni in un lotto doppio proprio sul fiume Little Magothy - con un molo, una piscina interrata e una vista fantastica e tranquilla. Sia per rilassarsi, intrattenere o entrambi, questa proprietà ha tutto. Situato nel tranquillo quartiere di Cape St. Claire, puoi passeggiare o fare jogging lungo la strada lungo le case sul lungomare, fare il giro e Swan Drive diventa River Bay - spalancata sulla baia di Chesapeake. La suite matrimoniale ha una terrazza privata con vista sul fiume. Goditi il portico dello schermo, il nuovo ponte di finitrici che circonda la piscina interrata con molti posti a sedere all'aperto.

Awesome vacation property, very family friendly including for pets. Big fenced yard, refreshing pool and pool toys, and the view is amazing and relaxing! The new Weber gas grill was a big hit! The host was easy to reach and communicated well. All questions were answered and communication channels were always open. The community had a beach area (if you need beach) but we stayed with the pool at the home. Kitchen had all the tools needed to create your meals and as a side note the cooking pots were of very high quility. I would definately stay at this property again.

The host was responsive and the location is beautiful, but being there for Thanksgiving, we of course could not take advantage of the pool or water. The home allowed us to all be together for Thanksgiving with plenty of table space and utensils. I grabbed cleaning supplies at the store, but it would be nice to have some available upon arrival. There were no dishwasher pods and only 1 garbage bag. I liked having plenty of parking for family visiting. If we need a house in the summer, we will definitely look at returning here.

The neighborhood and property were ideal for a quiet weekend. We were visiting our mid at USNA and it had everything he needed to unplug. The porch was relaxing and a great way to start and end the day, having a living room, den and porch gave us space needed to relax. Being able to grill was also a treat. The yard was perfect for our dog to run and plan. My only negative is that the picture of bedrooms shows 4 bedrooms. There are only 3 (which is what the actual listing said). This time that was not a problem, but could have been if our whole family was there. Again, just inconsistent on the visual given under amenities for "bedrooms"
