Quando sei pronto per scendere in spiaggia o in piscina, l'ascensore principale è a pochi passi di distanza. Nessuna procedura di check-in per gestire o stare in fila. Quando arrivi vai direttamente al tuo condominio e indossa il costume da bagno, poi Hit the Beach! Questo condominio è dotato di 4 TV a schermo piatto - TV da 50 "con DVD e stereo Bluetooth nella zona giorno e TV a schermo piatto in ogni camera da letto.
Unità splendidamente ristrutturata ha decorazioni costiere in tenui colori di sabbia e mare. I fan tropicali nella zona giorno e nelle camere da letto aumentano l'atmosfera costiera.
La zona giorno dispone di ampi posti a sedere, divano letto queen size, divanetto, ampia poltrona reclinabile e sgabelli estraibili sotto il tavolino per ulteriori posti a sedere.
Questa unità ha una cucina completamente attrezzata con ripiani in granito, frigorifero ha fabbricatore di ghiaccio. Il bar per la colazione ha 4 comodi posti a sedere e il tavolo da pranzo può ospitare 6.
Camera da letto principale con letto king-size, cabina armadio e bagno principale con combinazione vasca / doccia - Accesso privato al balcone. La seconda camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale e il bagno ha una combinazione vasca / doccia e la terza camera ha due letti singoli.
Il balcone privato ha un tavolo con 4 sedie e una chaise longue dove è possibile sedersi, rilassarsi e lasciarsi passare le giornate mentre si guardano le acque scintillanti del Golfo del Messico.

Our stay started with a door going from the living room to the balcony that was broken and it was all I could do to shut it. Thedoor had a note that said broke and after maintenance finally showed up the informed me the door had been broken for a month so to use the balcony everyone had to go through the master bedroom for 8 days. Maintenance had to come a second time when our guest told us how uncomfortable their bed was and we found the bed boards broken and all the supports missing . Maintenance also found the balcony door would not lock and also informed dishwasher does not drain. So I would like to know what whoever reads this has to say if this happened to them on their vacation? And who decides what the refund on a horrible condo should be

Condo was beautiful and very roomy!!! It is located right next to FloraBama where my daughter’s fabulous fiancé proposed!!
Only issue we had was the dryer. It took forever to dry our beach towels

Thank you for a great stay. The property was just as described, clean and great to be located next door to the Flora Bama night club -- perfect for a vacationing golf group. I must give props to the Beach Getaways property group too. Flawless and easy electronic exit and entry process. They continuously stayed in text communication with me before and throughout the weekend. Electronic code condo entry makes for a safe and much easier method. Thanks folks. You've truly made Orange Beach vactioning a lot easier.

Desperately needs a deep cleaning, all bedroom carpet stained/worn & should be replaced with tile, all mattresses were poor quality, one guest got some type of insect bites while sleeping.

As a return guest to Phoenix X and Gulf Shores for the last 30 years we find that most rooms are pretty much standard with the difference being updated or not. This room, 1109, was a little run down & out dated. We couldn't get the vacuum cleaner to work and the broom was so worn down it was ineffective and no dustpan. Only 1 dishtowel.

Great location on the beach, nice pool. Well lit garage parking garage and right next to Florabama! Unit was very clean and beds and furniture were very comfortable.
Enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider this unit again for future stays in Orange Beach.

Be prepared
Not stocked with any amenities, toiletries, towels. No towels provided for pool. Very expensive and overpriced. Will never return. Waste of money

We had a great time. My biggest complaint was the constant asking where our bracelets were. I understand they don’t want people off the street coming in but we were constantly told to put our bracelets on even if we had them in our bags. We paid too much money to be constantly hounded over a bracelet that wasn’t on our wrist.

I enjoy the beach but the condo was horrible. Smells bad and furniture and bed mattress are worn out Floors need to be cleaned the bath towels are worn out and rough
