Bella cittadina di nuova costruzione si trova una casa dalla spiaggia. È possibile ottenere una vista mozzafiato sull'Oceano Pacifico dalla cucina / soggiorno, camera da letto matrimoniale, terrazza panoramica e balconi.
finiture moderne e caratteristiche in tutta l'unità includono elettrodomestici inox, una lavatrice / asciugatrice, ripiani in granito, e docce a pioggia. La camera da letto principale ha un letto queen-size, la seconda camera ha anche un letto matrimoniale, e la stanza al piano di sotto, una cabina armadio convertito, ha una serie di letti a castello stretti, ideale per i bambini. Vi è un futon full size nel soggiorno che può ospitare altre 2 persone.
Sul tetto vi è una costruito nel barbecue grill, sedie e contatore per gustare un pasto, mentre tenendo in vista mozzafiato sull'oceano. Questa unità è abbastanza vicino a piedi a ristoranti, negozi, Belmont Park, o la baia. The property was clean and well maintained. There is a small historic house between the beach and this apartment, so there is a clear view to the ocean. We could watch surfers and even spot dolphins from inside the house or up on the roof. With 6 of us in the house the main living area was a little crowded. Also, I wasn't too impressed with the amount/type of bowls, cups, and silverware. However, we ate out most of the time and hardly noticed. The property manager was very responsive. The battery died in the electronic lock and he had someone there within 30 minutes to fix the issue. The other great thing about this property is the location. It was far enough away from Belmont and the main parking lot that the beach was very open right in front of the apartment. However, when we wanted to go to Belmont it was a short walk. This is our 5th year in a row visiting Mission Beach and my kids all thought this location was the best so far. We didn't end up using the little closet converted into a bunkroom. The younger kids opted to sleep on the floor in the other rooms which were large enough to do so and we also used the pull-out couch in the living room. It was great having a bathroom on each floor. The master bedroom was very large and had awesome views of the ocean. The roof top had a BBQ grill and sink that we used along with a fridge. There was a working gas firepit that we sat around and played games on the roof. Parking was tight so we parked on the street.

Very comfortable for our family of 6. Perfect location for everything plenty of restaurants and beach activities. Absolutely loved the top deck view.

The location was amazing, but the house itself was mediocre. The beds and sofa were old and uncomfortable and the living space was small and not great for sitting or eating. The location mostly made up for that though.
