Vorremmo invitarti a rimanere nella nostra nuova casa lontano da casa. La nostra vacanza in città è una residenza cittadina spaziosa, a un solo livello, con tre camere da letto e due bagni nel ricercato complesso 'Cottonwoods'. Le case a schiera di Cottonwoods sono ricercate per la loro posizione. Si trovano in un quartiere tranquillo a due isolati e mezzo da Main Street, nel centro di Moab. La loro posizione offre il miglior accesso al Parco nazionale degli Arches, al Parco nazionale di Canyonlands, ai migliori percorsi per mountain bike e OHV, ed è a pochi passi da ristoranti, negozi e bar di Main Street.
La nostra residenza cittadina è arredata con gusto con tutti i comfort moderni. I servizi includono una cucina completamente attrezzata, sala da pranzo per otto, lavastoviglie, lavatrice e asciugatrice (solo per citarne alcuni). Ognuno dei due cortili ha una griglia a gas e posti a sedere. Una grande camera da letto principale contiene un letto matrimoniale che può essere convertito in due letti singoli. La camera da letto principale ha anche un bagno privato con vasca idromassaggio. La seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale. La terza camera ha due letti singoli. Il condominio può ospitare comodamente sei adulti e fino a otto persone con un comodo divano letto situato nel soggiorno. C'è anche un materasso ad aria queen size che può essere gonfiato per ospitare altre due persone. È disponibile anche una culla pack 'n play.
L'ampio soggiorno contiene un LG HD 3D intelligente T. V. da 46 pollici con connettività Internet. Guarda un film o il tuo programma preferito con il tuo abbonamento Netflix, Vudu o HuluPlus. Dish TV è fornito.
Un garage per due auto offre un luogo sicuro dove riporre o lavorare su tutti i tuoi giocattoli. Mantieni la tua strada o mountain bike in sintonia utilizzando il nostro stand di riparazione bici. Un parcheggio fuori strada aggiuntivo per due veicoli è previsto nel vialetto.

Great location. Clean and spacious. Will rent again for our annual trip.

Property was clean and communication was impeccable. The location is just a very short walk to several restaurants, main street, etc. While we had intended to take advantage of the well stocked kitchen and grill, proximity to everything encouraged us to take advantage of the local food.
The use of the garage was also helpful for loading/unloading and for those that may have rec vehicles they want to safely store while doing other things.
We'll certainly look this property's availability up to determine dates for our next trip.

This house is nicely located right near downtown Moab. It’s spacious and had a nice two-car garage for our cars and mountain bikes, a bike stand, plus a nice fenced in yard for our small dog. In addition, the owners were very responsive.
There were a few things that would’ve made it more enjoyable though:
- the kitchen is only modestly set up and with mediocre quality equipment. Staying here for Thanksgiving and trying to prepare a family meal was frustrating at times. This house would benefit from more quality kitchen equipment and more equipment. For example, there was only one warped wooden cutting board, dull knives, cheap toaster, cheap pots/pans, etc. Missing items included pans for baking, for example.
- the place was clean, but the carpets/rugs were noticeably dingy.
- the garage, while spacious, had items (eg bikes, bike trailer, shop vac, chairs) that made using the garage with two cars cumbersome. These items should be hung or stored in another location to give renters full use of the space.
- the beds are decent, but not quality. We slept okay, but not great. An upgrade here would be worthwhile.
- finally, this unit is attached to the neighboring house. Unfortunately, during our stay the neighbors left their dog alone, resulting in lots of audible whining during the day.

Clean and quiet! Love the location as it is close to Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, as well as downtown town Moab for shops and dining. We didn't make use of the bikes but perhaps we will during another visit.

We stayed at this property toward the end of a long family road trip, and it was exactly what we needed - separate bedrooms, plenty of space to relax, and a workable kitchen for home-cooked food. A much needed respite after endless hotels.

Great location!
The check-in process was easy and the condo was super clean. The location was central to everything and the layout worked well for our family- kids from 8 to 15. The air conditioning was wonderful- kept us all comfortable even though outside temps were well over 100.

Close to everything
We had a fantastic stay here. Sonja was a communicative and gracious host. We especially loved how close the property is to restaurants and shops. The bikes were a huge perk as well! We would absolutely stay here again.

This home is part of a duplex and was awesome! It's very close to Arches. I was mildly obsessed with the jetted tub in the master bathroom. Everything was great! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Overall stay was good but the needed some upgrades. (mattresses, furnishings, bedding, outdoor space and furniture)

This was the perfect property for our stay in Moab. Stayed with my 4 teenagers. Plenty of room, close to town so that they could ride their bikes in on their own. There were even a couple of bikes that we could use if we needed. Perfect spot to get to Arches, canyon lands, and loads of bike trails. The house was really clean, and cozy. Easy to include our dog with the fenced in yard. We will definitely be back again!

This was the perfect property for our stay in Moab. Stayed with my 4 teenagers. Plenty of room, close to town so that they could ride their bikes in on their own. Decent place!
Very nice place to stay, however we had trouble getting the access code on arrival day, then called the owner and it took a couple hours to get in contact. So we had to wait outside the house for a couple hours, until we got the code. Otherwise it was a fantastic trip. There were a fews bugs and it wasn't the cleanest of VRBOs that we have stayed at. But nothing to loose sleep over.

One level wonder!
This property is well equipped, clean, up to date. Offers extras with bikes for the family, grill, relaxing outdoors with grass and a tree swing. Quiet area and easy walk to town. Traffic saving location! Big kitchen for cooking and big dining table for meals or games. I would rent again!

We stayed here during a tour of national parks and after a lacrosse tournament. There were 3 adults and a teen and the place was perfect! Great location, able to walk to everything and 10 minutes to entrance of Arches.

Everything was as advertised, comfortable beds, great size. The only complaint was the use of Sling on the Tv. Not a big deal for us because we rarely watch tv on vacation, but never could get the Sling to work. Netflix, etc was fine.

Great Place to Stay while in Moab
Location is awesome, the property was clean and had everything we needed. The owners were easy to work with. We had planned to stay in 2020, but due to Covid, we had to move our dates to 2021. The Owners we very accommodating and worked with us to move the dates. Property has everything you need, comfy beds and nice and clean. Highly recommend if your traveling to Moab. Thanks for the great place to stay

Wanted a place within walking distance that had a yard for our dogs. This condo was great for that. Loved having a garage for our car. Layout of condo was nice.

LOVED our stay
Sonja's place was excellent! It's roomy, clean, and close to everything in and around Moab! We, 3 dogs and 4 people had a great time in Moab. The condo has a fenced yard and good for letting the dogs out for their business. The condo is also located within walking distance to the main street. Sonja always responded our questions promptly and gave us tips. The checkin process was extremely clearly and easy. I would love to stay at Sonja's place again next time and recommend it to anyone! Thank you for everything again, Sonja!

Not bad but had no hot water,heat had to be adjusted because it was programmed to go back to 55 degrees which allowed tile floors to stay cold. It is what it is
