Charming 2 Bedroom Cottage in Historic Yarmouth Port
Adorabile cottage con 2 camere da letto su un grande terreno di 1/3 acri in una tranquilla strada laterale vicino alla spiaggia della baia. Appena rinnovato e ampliato nel 2016! Nuova sala da pranzo, nuova veranda con camino a gas e cucina completamente rinnovata e ampliata con ripiani in granito e tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici! Nuovo ponte (con griglia a gas Weber) nel cortile privato, appoggiato alla terra di conservazione. Bellissima zona residenziale di case più grandi per tutto l'anno. Cottage si trova nel quartiere storico di Yarmouth Port, a solo un isolato dallo storico "Captain's Mile", con decine di case eleganti di capitani di mare. Vicino all'affascinante città di negozi e ristoranti del porto di Yarmouth. Questo adorabile cottage si trova a solo un miglio da una tranquilla spiaggia sorvegliata per famiglie. Gray's Beach ha una meravigliosa passerella sulla palude che è un posto molto popolare per vedere i magnifici tramonti di Cape Cod. C'è una zona picnic coperta adiacente a Gray's Beach e servizi igienici. Il cottage è a pochi passi da un parco giochi della città. Questa proprietà è adatta a piccole famiglie o due coppie poiché il piano superiore ha un proprio bagno e una porta in cima alle scale per la privacy.

A lovely Cape Cod cottage, just right for our in Yarmouth Port. Charmingly decorated, very clean, and well stocked with all that we needed. The location is perfect--near to everything, including Gray's Beach, but blissfully quiet and serene. We enjoyed meals on the deck, relaxing to the sounds of the birds.

The house was comfortable and homey. It was well stocked with kitchen essentials for cooking. It felt like we were staying at a family member’s home. We appreciated the books and puzzles tucked around the house. The house was convenient to the activities we wanted to do in Cape Cod - ferry in Hyannis, beaches, and the Cape Cod Rail Trail. There were several fragile breakables around the house, and since we were traveling with young children, we did have to move some items during our stay. Owners were friendly and communicative.

From the beginning, my communications with Pat were so easy and friendly - I knew I'd found somewhere special to stay on the Cape! The house was exactly as described and depicted - and even more well-stocked than I had imagined! More than sufficient kitchen-ware, a small linen closet with lots of thoughtful touches in case you forget something, extra blankets easily found, hangers in the closet(s). The house itself is in a wonderful location - close by to several areas of interest and easy to hop on the highway to explore more areas around Cape Cod. The sunset views from Grays Beach are so spectacular that each night I went, there were people tailgating! Pat and Bob truly go above and beyond to take care that everything is very well cleaned and sanitized. As well, there are useful instructions throughout the house for various items, which is always very helpful. I couldn't recommend this house enough to anyone interested in staying on Cape Cod - what a wonderful place! Thank you!
