Questo appartamento ampio e luminoso 3 camere da letto è stato recentemente ristrutturato ed è un grande mix di, alti soffitti con travi a vista e le caratteristiche industriali dotate di comfort moderni. Potrai godere della cucina gourmet con aggiornato, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, 2. 5 bagni grandi e una camera matrimoniale con bagno annesso che ha una grande vasca e doccia separata. Due posti auto sono a vostra disposizione, con un grill e patio esterno. L'unità è in un tranquillo viale alberato ed è in una posizione conveniente con Torre Grove Park, insieme a diversi ristoranti e negozi dietro l'angolo. Avrai un facile accesso alle principali autostrade e sono a 10-15 minuti di diversi St. Attrazioni Louis.

We had a wonderful stay! The space is even more spacious and lovely than the pictures show. The kitchen is huge and very well equipped, but with enough empty drawers and cupboards for your supplies. The bedrooms and bathrooms are also roomy, comfortable, and uncluttered, with lots of room for your stuff. It is a beautifully renovated space with a pretty outdoor gathering spot for nice weather. The location is minutes away from some fun St. Louis attractions. Phyllis and Stan were terrific hosts. We highly recommend this spot and look forward to returning.

This was a perfect visit for our family. We have two adult children that came into town with us to visit family for the holidays. We each had a beautiful room, very spacious kitchen, off street parking, wonderful bathrooms with hot showers. The hosts were very kind and we had everything we needed. Highly recommended for a very relaxing stay! Instead of being in separate hotel rooms that would have cost more, we could all spend time together in a clean, spacious home. It’s our time to enjoy the holidays together.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Phyllis' property while in town for a family wedding. It was clean, comfortable, spacious and conveniently located to all our weekend events. The building has a neat history and the renovation into its current form is remarkable. Very well done!! The neighborhood is charming and we were able to have breakfast at a pop-up restaurant. While we didn't have the need to prepare any meals during our stay, the kitchen was completely stocked with all the necessities and then some.
I would not hesitate to stay here again if we find ourselves traveling with our family through St. Louis in the future.
Phyllis is a delightful and thoughtful host with a wonderful, unbridled sense of humor.
Thank you for allowing us to stay in your abode!!
