Assolutamente la migliore posizione a Palm Springs (casa unifamiliare più vicina in relazione al centro di Palm Springs). Mangiare in uno dei ristoranti più famosi di Palm Spring; Viceré, Melvyn di, Spencer, Wangs. Andare a fare shopping, vedere un film, viziarvi in un centro benessere, prendere in museo d'arte, visitare una galleria, tentare la fortuna al casinò, andare su una passeggiata o fare rifornimento da soli in uno dei tanti caffè locali. Tutti raggiungibili a piedi! Se avete ancora l'energia una volta che arriva la sera, andare dietro l'angolo per una delle barre possono, discoteche o ristoranti. I believe there is no better house to stay in, close to Palm Canyon Drive ! A most interesting classic house, with everything you might need during your stay!Complete with a beautiful pool, and hot tub. If you want Old Palm Springs , classic style, and perfect in every way…. This is absolutely Wonderful !!!

Lovely home walkable to shops and restaurants. The backyard, pool and jacuzzi were amazing. Property manager was very helpful and replied quickly to any questions we had. Highly recommend this home for a relaxing Palm Springs vacation.

If you read the other reviews, you already know this rental has high praise for the location and the backyard pool - they are right! The backyard was the perfect retreat I was hoping for, and I found it quiet and relaxing. The spa/hot tub was a little daunting because it has manual controls, and the pool can get a bit warm like bath water for periods of the day when outdoor temps rise. The interior of the home was a little less than ideal for my preferences. The square footage is similar to my own beach home, however, it feels small because each room is very segmented. I cannot imagine having more than a couple of people stay. The dark and heavy furnishings and linens defuse the potential magic of this spanish bungalow, and make it quite dreary. The bedrooms are plenty big but the living room and kitchen lack open entertaining space. There is an outdoor dining table for about 8, but the eat-in kitchen is tiny. Lastly, the property needs a good deep cleaning, linens need to be replaced, and drawers and closets need to be reorganized. Things are just stuffed (without logic) into places, so it was difficult to find things. I will say the dishwasher and washer/dryer work very well. Most sheet sets are stained and dingy, and the draperies are covered in dust. In fact, a friend visited for one night and had such a horrible allergic reaction she barely slept. I really did enjoy the peaceful nature of this rental and the location was perfect to walk into town. It's a gem of a house, but I just did not care for the interior space and the overall dusty/dinginess of it.
