Questa residenza di città ristrutturata combina bellezza e funzionalit�� per un modo rilassato di vivere il Lago Tahoe. Goditi il divertimento di tutte le stagioni con facile accesso alle attività invernali, ristoranti e negozi eccellenti.
Godetevi la vista sul porto e i suoni delle cascate mentre vi riposate sul grande ponte direttamente al largo della zona giorno. Il tavolo della piattaforma, le sedie, l'ombrellone e il barbecue Weber contribuiscono a rendere piacevole l'estate di Tahoe. Le scale fuori da questo ponte ti permettono di esplorare l'area del porto e raggiungere il tuo scivolo privato. *
La zona giorno incassata è evidenziata da un camino in pietra che brucia dal pavimento al soffitto. C'è internet ad alta velocità e una TV al plasma da 50 'con un DVD / VCR. L'allegato TiVo ha oltre 50 film che cambiano ogni giorno.
La cucina presenta caldi mobili e modanature in ontano, nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e ripiani in granito.
Al piano superiore è la camera da letto principale con un letto matrimoniale e il bagno padronale con una grande doccia. C'è un piccolo camino elettrico per un ambiente rilassante. Una terrazza con vista sul porto, cascate e alberi si trova fuori da questa camera da letto.
La seconda camera da letto al piano di sopra ha un letto a castello pieno / gemello e un bagno completo adiacente. Un piccolo mazzo fuori da questa seconda camera da letto offre una sbirciatina del lago. I grandi lucernari sono in entrambi i bagni al piano di sopra. Fuori dal livello principale c'è una terza camera da letto con letto completo e bagni ½ adiacenti.
Il complesso dispone di un molo privato nel lago Tahoe, piscina, campi da tennis e c'è una piccola spiaggia rocciosa. Vi è un facile accesso a molte passeggiate e piste ciclabili.

This is a wonderful unit with a great layout. The kitchen and bathrooms have been updated, and the bedrooms are very spacious with beautiful windows. Beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. Location is fantastic.

This property is a fantastic little gem in Dollar Point. the 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms give ample room for a bigger family or two small families. The kitchen, dining, living spaces are just big enough for the same size groups. The Tahoe/mountain decor is updated and lovely. Only comment is that the mattress in the primarily suite felt a bit old/saggy, which might bother a lighter/sensitive sleeper (but certainly not everyone). But the others were great, especially the lower bunk bed full mattress.

About 8 years ago, this was the very first place we stayed. It was very nice and will always hold a special place in our Star Harbor Hearts!That said, the owner should re-invest into the following items in order to justify the high rental cost. I realize there is more demand these days, but it shouldn't take away from providing quality to the customer all while maintaining the Hauserman brand.This is no way effects our plans to re-book next year as Star Harbor our favorite place in Tahoe. We'll just select a different rental with the hopes that a different owner takes a bit more pride in ownership.1. Refrigerator leaks & woke up to a puddle of water every morning.It also has trouble closing since the stripping is shredded on top of door. You have to force the doors shut to ensure your food doesn't get warm2. There are 4 fans, 2 worked, 2 didn't3. We stayed for 7 days, we were provided 3 garbage bags4. The couches are dirty, smell and are worn, springs are dead and you fall in5. The vacuum cleaner was broken. 6. Gust bedroom closet is full of brooms & cleaning equipment, Only half available ( You could store this in the outside closet)7. Staying for a week, more towels would be a nice to have8. Cleaning the outside deck table and organizing the chairs would have been nice. Looks like it wasn't touch from the last guest. + found 2 cigarette butts and a Coors light can.
