We had an amazing stay at this house!
The house itself is a bit older (perhaps built in the 1960's). But it is so full of charm! We fell in love with the house and the location. It is clean and we felt very comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood. We fell asleep at night to the sounds of the ocean. Private backyard on a 1-acre lot.
Check-in was super easy. There were no issues during our stay and no need to contact the property manager. He responded quickly to my questions during the booking process.
Well-stocked with basic necessities. We appreciated the kayaks. Beach chairs are also available.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return next year.

The day we cannot rent this property we will be so sad. The owners are kind, and accommodating. The property is in the perfect location, water access wise, biking and more. Each of us were so grateful to have spent time here.

My family and I celebrated my wife's 30th birthday here in Martha's Vineyard and this home was spectacular for it. We enjoyed watching the high tide and low tide of Katama Bay, along with kayaking/paddle boarding. Very relaxing!
