Spent a long weekend in Saratoga for a much needed girls’ weekend. House was the perfect location to chill. Walking distance to Broadway, quiet street, we each had our own room, plenty of space to stretch out. Only frustration was the bedroom off the kitchen (blue room) was pretty chilly even with the heat running. Definitely need a small space heater in there. Other rooms were nice and warm.

Was a sisters vacation and this property worked out great! We all agreed, wish we’d have had more time to explore the neighborhood, so many cute shops and eateries close by.

Another fantastic stay at Dave and Laura's apartment/house that is a short walk to downtown Saratoga. Check-in and check-out was super easy and the quiet neighborhood and inviting porch made for a relaxing stay. We love not having to drive to eat, drink and enjoy Saratoga's famous downtown.

We stayed here for a family wedding. The location is perfect. Super easy to walk to so many things downtown. The rooms were spacious and the AC worked great since we had humid weather. My ONLY complaint is that the rooms sleep 6 people, but the living room does not seat 6 people comfortably. Other than that, the hosts were very quick to answer any questions that I had.

Perfect location for a long weekend in Saratoga Springs. Walking distance to shops, eateries and the symposium venue. The apartment was very well equipped and clean. . Even includes a washer and dryer.

This property was a good value for the money. Having three bedrooms and two baths worked out really nicely for us. Being close to the city but not in it was a plus too. The neighborhood was quiet. All the appliances worked well and the washer and dryer were a plus. The hosts were very responsive in answering any questions we had. Thank you!

The place was great. Enough space for three people. It was clean and had all the amenities.
The only suggestion would be to not spray any air freshener. The place had too much of a perfumery smell for us. And some of the furniture was near broken for example the living room table. Those are minor things that can easily be adjusted. Otherwise the stay was just the right location and comfortable. Thanks.

The rental was very clean, quiet, nicely decorated, and in a great location. It was wonderful for each adult in our group of friends to have their own bedroom. The kitchen had everything we needed. We were able to walk to a local coffee shop in the morning which was only a five minute walk. Great value for the money. The owners were very responsive with any questions we had. We definitely would rent this property again!!

We rented this property as it was in close proximity to the Head of the Fish Saratoga Springs Rowing event. We arrived early. I work from home and I didn’t have any difficult with WiFi. The apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable. When we returned from the Rowing venue my husband an I took a long mid day nap- it was quiet enough to do so without interruption. We would definitely rent again if our daughter wasn’t graduating and returning to the event!

Easy check in. Quiet and lovely. Big enough for our family. We were close to my daughter's wedding. It was at the Congress Park. Followed by a reception at the Embassy Inn and Suites. Thanks for an excellent place for us to stay.

Our family’s experience here was aligned with every positive review, so I won’t repeat it all! We only had four in our group but felt at home right away in this quiet, spacious and immaculate apartment. The back porch was the setting for a spontaneous, awesome and meaningful father/ son talk. This was my husband’s first VRBO experience and he was somewhat hesitant about the reservation when I made it, as he's more familiar with hotels.
