Niente potrebbe essere più SEMPLICE. Non c'è niente da ritirare o rispedire. Dirigiti direttamente in spiaggia e DIVERTENTE! Non ci si può fermare sulla strada per la spiaggia, nessun check in, nessun check out. Hai tutto il necessario per raggiungere - ed entrare - nel condominio prima di uscire di casa.
Il nostro condominio al 2 ° piano è arredato in modo professionale con abbagliante blu e verde caraibico. Quattro TV via cavo e oltre 195 DVD significano che c'è intrattenimento per tutti. Una lavatrice e asciugatrice full size nel condominio ti riportano rapidamente sulla spiaggia in mute stagne. Cenare o rilassarsi sul balcone mentre si ammira la vista sulla spiaggia e guardare i delfini divertirsi. Una vista libera sulla spiaggia e sulla piscina all'aperto e una comoda posizione per le scale rendono questo condominio fronte mare con tre camere da letto e due bagni il luogo ideale per le vacanze in famiglia!
Romar Place 205 ha anche un seggiolone e un Pack 'n Play per rendere le vacanze con un po' più facile!

The unit was very clean and comfortable. the gulf view was amazing, and I could also watch my grandchildren paying at the facility pool from my balcony. Everything was as advertised and we had a very enjoyable stay. The beach chairs and beach toys in the units storage closet were an added perk we did not expect.Only negative was the onsite workout facility is in need of some upgrades if that is something you need while on vacation.

What a gorgeous condo with a stunning beach view. Perfectly appointed with everything we needed for a quick getaway to the beach. She even had a beach blanket, chairs, umbrellas and sand toys. The beds were comfy, everything was so clean and the decor was so tasteful, even better than the photos. Loved it.

We had four adults and two children staying eight days and this condo worked perfectly for all of us. My husband and I stayed in the main bedroom that had a very comfortable queen bed with an en-suite bathroom and sweeping ocean view. My cousin and her husband kids had their own “wing” of the condo with two bedrooms and a bathroom down a separate hallway. This gave both families a little privacy. The kitchen had everything we needed including a regular coffee pot and a keurig. The outside closet on the balcony had five or six beach chairs and an umbrella and lots of beach toys. Perfect for the beautiful beach days we enjoyed. There is also a nice outdoor dining table with six chairs making it great for enjoying morning coffee or dinner at sunset. We thought overlooking the pool might be too loud but it was never an issue since quiet time began at 10pm which we ensured a peaceful night sleep. Our only issue was noisy neighbors in the condo above us our first night which began around 4am. This was not our owners fault and after a quick text with Bonnie and we never heard them again. Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy your home. We would definitely recommend this condo and stay here again.
