Splendidi, eleganti e incredibilmente vicini alla spiaggia sono solo un esempio di parole che gli ospiti del passato hanno usato per descrivere Silver Creek, una casa semi-oceanfront a Southern Shores.
LIVELLO SUPERIORE:
La Great Room ha un'abbondanza di luce naturale catturata da lucernari a volta e finestre con vista verso est e ovest. La scala divide lo spazio tra il soggiorno e la sala da pranzo, consentendo allo spazio per i diversi membri della famiglia di trascorrere del tempo insieme. Il soggiorno ha posti a sedere confortevoli, una TV a schermo piatto e l'accesso ai ponti sull'oceano. Tavolo da pranzo (posti 10) e bancone bar cucina (4 posti). La cucina dispone di forni a doppia parete, un piano di cottura ed è completamente attrezzata per preparare i pasti per la cena! Gli ospiti possono scegliere di "mangiare fuori", che significa "fuori porta" sulla veranda protetta con tavolo da picnic mentre vi godete la fresca brezza dell'oceano. I mattinieri in famiglia possono vedere il sole sorgere sorseggiando la loro bevanda mattutina al tavolo della colazione (posti 4). Un mezzo bagno è nel corridoio. Questo livello superiore ha due suite King Master, ciascuna con accesso al ponte esterno per vedere l'oceano e la natura circostante.

King Master suite con accesso al terrazzo sul portico anteriore. La doppia camera da letto a castello ha sia un letto a piramide che un letto a castello. La quinta camera da letto ha letti Queen e Twin che condividono un bagno in corridoio con la camera da letto a castello. I membri della famiglia possono trascorrere la maggior parte della loro settimana tra il confortevole salotto con angolo cottura, TV a schermo piatto e la vasca idromassaggio situata accanto alle porte scorrevoli di questa stanza. Il secondo bagno è a questo livello.
EXTRA:
All'aperto, ci sono 2 griglie a carbone in stile parco e una grande piscina privata di 15 'x 35' con tanto spazio per il relax e prendere il sole. Non dimenticare, l'accesso alla spiaggia è a soli 25 metri di distanza. Loved the location and all of the spaces in the house. Everything was kept up well so we were able to comfortably fit and enjoy all of the amenities. We hope to stay here again.

We've stayed at this house for a few years and love it.
Things we love about the house: the location is ideal being so close to downtown Duck and the beach, having a real garage (which is rare in this area), having extra bikes in the garage is a nice perk, very nice pool and hot tub, having two master bedrooms, the beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is nicely stocked with cooking equipment (which has been an issue at other homes), they have a nice selection of games/books during rainy days, and the screened in porch off the kitchen is a great place to eat or let your clothes dry.
The house could be a little cleaner. As a rental, I don't expect it to be perfect, but I found myself noticing dirty baseboards, corners, shower crevices this year. I'm a clean freak so it would likely go unnoticed by most. I'd also prefer a gas vs. charcoal grill.
All in all this is a wonderful place to stay and very close to perfect IMO. We will rent this house again and I'd even buy it if it was for sale!

We have only stayed at two other houses and decided to give this one a try. It was unanimous that this will be THE house.
The kitchen was well appointed with extra cupboard space for grocery items. We had a few meals out on the screened porch that overlooked the pool. We got to enjoy the best of both worlds -- pool and beach. It was nice that they had beach chairs and umbrellas for use so we didn't have to rent them.

This house was really nice and served us well for the week. We had our family there, and there was plenty of room for us to move about. Plus the beach was not far at all. I would stay here again for sure!

The property was clean, close to the beach, and well stocked. The pool and hot tub were fun. The bedrooms were well-placed with fairly comfortable mattresses. It was nice having so many bathrooms, and the outdoor shower and foot rinsing stations were very convenient. We also appreciated having chairs and other beach items to use. We ate at the large picnic table on the screened in porch every night. Great rental!

The property was clean, close to the beach, and well stocked. The pool and hot tub were fun. The bedrooms were well-placed with fairly comfortable mattresses.
